Day to Day

Our SMB Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and decision makers within their patch, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

You will use your new business development skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

• Close opportunities at assigned existing accounts and drive sales at new accounts

• Drive sales within assigned segment (small business)

• Acquire new logos within assigned territory

• Speak to Salesforce offerings as they relate to the customer’s needs and engage other Salesforce resources as required

• Manage high volume of accounts and sales

Who you are

Job Purpose

The Quality Assurance Engineer monitors the software development process to ensure design quality and adherence to standards. He/She is involved in tasks that include software design, source code development, review and control, configuration management and integration of software. He/She participates in a wide range of quality assurance testing and analyses to ensure that product meets or exceeds specified quality standards and end-user requirements before release.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop testing frameworks to provide thorough coverage of implemented features, configuration changes and other change requests
• Use Selenium or similar tools for testing UI for various front-end technologies
• Use simulators for mobile and multiple browser testing
• Create re-useable frameworks for testing practice at NUS
• Automate test cases and updating the tracking systems after testing is complete
• Regression test applications prior to release into UAT and production environments
• Identify, isolate, replicate, report and track issues to closure in an issue tracking system
• Review requirements, providing feedback on completeness, testability and other risk areas
• Estimate assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to project team, supervisors and project managers
• Maintenance testing environments including user accounts, configs and deployments
• Participate in identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities within QA and broader project teams
• Work closely with DevOps team to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Develop Quality Standards
• Continuous efforts to explore best practices and applies knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or any related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) fields.
• 10+ years of experience in information technology, specifically in software engineering or testing automation roles and attaining Testing-related certification, such as ISTQB is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript (js), and Python will be an added advantage.
• Great team player with self-starter attitude. Possess excellent communication skills and the willingness to learn
• Ability to solve complex problems and approach challenges from a new perspective while utilizing existing solutions.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks, such as Webdriver.io, Selenium, JMeter, and Azure DevOps Test Plan, will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in API testing using available API testing tools in the market or custom scripts.
• Ability to create reusable testing scripts that integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in writing and automating complex SQL queries and test DB code.
• Experience with key web technologies such as HTML/CSS, AJAX, Bootstrap, and REST protocol.
• Experience with Frontend frameworks development, such as Angular and Bootstrap.
• Proficient in collecting, measuring, and monitoring software testing metrics for quality assurance.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Solution Architect to join our team! Reporting to the National Manager – IT Services and working closely with the project team, this role is responsible for providing subject matter expertise to diagnose and resolve escalated issues from clients, project stakeholders and the service delivery team, continuously improving design and build standards to ensure client tailored solutions.

• Provide Subject matter expertise to diagnose and remedy issues that are escalated by Clients, project stakeholders and/or other members of the service delivery team.
• Act as an escalation point for the Managed Services team or Professional Services team as required.
• Perform quality control checks on client environments or project activities as required.
• Provide input for the future of the technology practice (evaluating vendors, products, solutions, etc.).
• Participate in the initiation and execution of research & development (R&D) initiatives.
• Maintain an agile mindset with constant focus on delivering the right solution for the client.
• Assist with providing project scope and designing workflow solutions.
• Assist the Sales team with developing Statements of Work and proposals including solution overview, consulting estimates, hardware requirements, software/license requirements.
• Participate in client meetings in order to help sell products and solutions for your respective technology.
• Participate in training to maintain expert level proficiency in your field.

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex Networking and Firewall technologies including (but not limited to):
  • Networking and Firewall Technology: Cisco Routers, Switches (Catalyst and Nexus), Fortinet & Cisco Firewalls
  • Private and Public cloud (Azure/AWS) multi-tenant networking (VRFs)
  • VLANs and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.)
  • SD-WAN: Fortinet, Cisco
  • Load balancing technology: Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Azure load balancer
  • Expertise with regards to protocol redistribution and metric manipulation
  • WAN and VPN technologies (MPLS, L2 WAN, DMVPN, IPSec VPN, etc)
  • Unified Communications and Managed Voice (Cisco)
  • Network monitoring systems (SNMP, Syslog, NCM, PRTG)
  • Python / PowerShell scripting
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
• Certifications:
  • Cisco CCNP – Routing & Switching is required
  • CCIE is a strong asset
  • Fortinet NSE4 is required
  • Fortinet NSE7 is a strong asset
