# Executive Assistant /Hospitality Banking industry

Location: Marina View

Contract Duration: 9 months

Working hours – 5days (9.00am to 6.00pm)

Singapore’s GHS - include Executive and Staff Dining, Conferencing, Reception, Vending, Wealth Hubs, Pantry services and operational support to cluster management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily Operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Singapore & Asia Clusters GHS Team
• Clusters management & statistical reporting support, including data management, governance controls and metrics reporting ensuring integrity of systems
• Carry out administrative duties , Book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports
• Gather and prepare required information for PO creation, including tracking , Research and follow up on invoices submission to CRU team
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
• Track, review and process periodic e-mailers for wider colleagues communications

Knowledge/Experience:

• University degree graduate with hospitality or related major
• 4 years of related working experience
• Operations, administration or assistant experience in related or similar areas (i.e.-executive, hospitality and food & beverage services)
• Experienceof client liaison experience

# Perform checking for quality/ clear scanning, and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities:For scanning, retrieval, uploading etc of documentations for existing GML facilities into system (Documentum).
QC check and scanning, accuracy of tagging and performing reconciliation activities.
Differentiation documents under (GML) from system and recognizes the different legal documents that are tagged under them.

About the Role

Singapore's premier business daily, The Business Times, is looking for an experienced, driven and digital-minded candidate to be a part of our Banking & Finance team. Based in Singapore, you will report on the goings-on of major financial institutions in key markets of Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Singapore.

The banking sector affects a wide spectrum of the economy, from businesses requiring capital and payment options, to individuals making personal financial decisions. As one of the primary banking & finance reporters in BT, you will need to be familiar with different aspects of banking, as well as major government policies that will have an impact on the sector. You will track the money flows, trends and factors that are changing the sector, highlighting their significance and relevance to vital segments of the economy. The application of genAI and sustainability financing will be an important theme to keep an eye on in your coverage.

You will need to write with clarity and authority, and broaden the paper's banking coverage. You should be well-sourced and enterprising to explain how developments or data in the sector can influence or tell a story about the big picture.

The applicant should be quick at spotting trends and have a nose for scoops. You should be driven by curiosity, and embrace a growth mindset.

Job Requirements

• Relevant degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or any relevant fields
• Sharp news sense and at least six years’ experience in writing about the financial services sector in Singapore.
• Familiarity with government institutions and industry associations, policy processes, and MAS data
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Familiarity with an Asian language is a plus
• Comfortable with working both independently and collaboratively
• Committed to learning, and adapting to new ways to tell a story better
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the newsroom’s needs.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.

Contract - 9mths

Salary - 4900

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/University degree
• 4 Years of experience from EA or Administrator in a Banking environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

# LCR/ MAS Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Support preparation, reconciliation, and upload of manual adjustments
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Finance & Risk Shared Services (FRSS), Data Management Office (DMO), etc.
• Help eliminate the need for manual adjustments
• Assist in generation of daily liquidity reports and support pre- and post-production analysis of reports
• Liaise with Technology and Project teams in process enhancements initiatives, performing activities like data analysis, solutioning, testing, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance /Banking
• Work experience in the financial/Treasury industry, with Treasury or MAS reporting
• Experience in UAT, data reconciliations, gap analysis, etc. including with large datasets
• MAS LCR reporting experience
• Good in written and verbal communication skills
• Skills – Microsoft Office , Excel, large sets of data using vlookup, hlookup, pivot, etc.
