Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to provide comprehensive support in various areas including Human Resources, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with the COO to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations, employee engagement initiatives and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
Operations:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and procedures.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Seek opportunities for sales growth for outlets
Provide guidance and training to outlet operational staff
Sales:
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Provide administrative support to the sales team including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing team to ensure alignment of sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
Marketing:
Support marketing initiatives by assisting in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate social media activities and assist in managing online presence across various platforms.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum ITE graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of Human Resources, Operations, Sales, and Marketing functions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
