About the Position

The Facilities Manager will be responsible to oversee all building-related activities including to preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. About the Position  

The Website and Digital Engagement Assistant will assist the Website and Multimedia Manager to clean, organize and accurately tag content to improve the website user experience and access to content and publications. The post holder will collaborate closely with the Communications team for his/her responsibilities and will have the opportunity to learn about data architecture and in general, about digital tools, their use and implementation in Communications and how they support WorldFish’s work across 20+ countries.

The Assistant will be responsible for:  

• Update and clean content on the website including ensuring proper keywords, correcting dead links, and adding/archiving information as guided by the Website Manager. 

• Ensure that content on website is in correct format and tagging. 
• Assist with content posting and checking for format and keyword accuracy on digital platforms including websites, YouTube, Flickr, and others.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Manager (SM) to join our sales team based out of our offices in various locations in BW office. Your responsibilities will be to lead a sales team and develop the team into successful performers, coach them by engaging with them in sales attachment and ultimately drive the team to achieve their target. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading the sales team and drive them to achieve monthly and annual target
• Coach and guide sales team into professional sales personnel
• Review weekly sales activities, defining strategic sales pipeline and prospects by building on solid existing client relationship to win more new sales and clients in your territory to help the team to achieve sales target
• Engaged in sales route ride with the team within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities is explored
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Drive sales revenue and analyse their needs for upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Takes accountability by ensuring team update daily sales in system
• Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection as and when required
• Work closely with other team members to assist in collection

• Conduct sales meetings and support overall sales SOP so as to be aligned with Company’s direction
• Conduct visit at major customers’ site on monthly basis to understand their needs, concerns and suggest improvement from feedback received

• Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in any related with at least 5 years relevant Sales Management/ Supervisory experience
• Strong leadership qualities, result oriented, dynamic, self-driven and motivated to work with and through people of various levels
• Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergize the team towards achieving sales target
• Driven by data, analytical, able to develop team by managing their sales activities and coach them accordingly
• Excellent in building a network of excellent customer relationships
• Able to identify potential opportunities and provide cost effective solutions to clients
• Ability to work onsite especially under the sun and go on joint visits with Sales/ Technical colleagues
• Good understanding of Business clients in your designated geographic areas/ region
• Able to work autonomously and thrive on challenges
• Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
• Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status

Responsibilities

●     Offering pre-sales consultative solutions to articulate the features and advantages of the client's products to customers contacting the Retail Contact Centre Sales and Service.                                                                                                                       

●     Accurately recording valid orders and documenting all Saved For Later ("SFL") opportunities.                                                                                                                 

●     Actively selling and providing sales support for products to boost incremental revenue, all while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction survey scores.                                                                                                                     

●     Demonstrating a proficient understanding of all client-supported products, both current and future, evidenced by client call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction survey scores.                                                                                                             

●     Ensuring innovation and quality in every customer interaction.                                                                                                                    

●     Entering all necessary data elements into the internal Online Store and other record-keeping systems following client training and operational procedures.                                                                                                             

●     Maintaining a comprehensive awareness of the client's strengths in the industry.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

• Minimum of Diploma in any field                                                                                                       

●     Demonstrated business language fluency in Bahasa Melayu and fluency for all Advisors in business English                                                                                                                       

●     Professional working experience dealing with face-to-face or virtual interactions with customers preferred.                                                                                                                       

●     Demonstrated telephone skills, including the ability to use the phone system and to control call direction and duration                                                                                                                      

●     Excellent understanding and knowledge on high technology products and computers and operating systems                                                                                                                       

●     Effective time management strategy including ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and balance workload                                                                                                                       

●     Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
