Responsibilities :

1. Handling purchasing activities including sourcing, negotiation, preparing purchase order, follow-up and expedite supplier delivery, Maintain and updating purchasing records.
2. Obtaining approval from management only proceed the Purchase Order to supplier.
3. Issue invoice, quotation, work order, worker list, and renovation work application etc
4. Monitoring, follow-up and keep track on daily site arrangement (FACTORY & CONSTRUCTION team)
