Job Description:

• To provide Authorization Services to cardholders and merchants in order to support card usage whilst minimizing credit losses.
• To perform verification with cardholder upon Real Time Transaction Monitoring to mitigate fraud risk and preserve the organization and customer interest.
• To attend and hold responsibility of other Authorization channel deliverance within the scope of duties.
• To ensure that daily reports are accurately compiled and channelled to the appropriate party.
• To deliver Authorization scope of duties inclusive but not limited to on-us/ not on-us Authorization request, Authorization cancellation and reversal, Credit Card Easy Payment, Balance Transfer, ATM/ CDM terminal monitoring, points redemption and others thru the various channels.

• Provide an exceptionally high level of customer care when handling personal, telephone and written enquiries from internal and external customers or business counterparts.
• To source a daily data compilation for management monthly report preparation.
• Attend to customer and merchant’s enquiries on products/facilities.
• To vigilantly perform card block for lost & stolen reporting or hold for security purposes whenever required inclusive block release and card replacement whenever applicable.
• To perform force authorization within exceptional authorization requests.
• To source data compilation for MIS and ensure the daily reports requirements are properly executed.
• To be flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to their job and may be asked to perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of their job and their level of responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Supervise, manage and assist the Senior Vice President, Projects on the project
  progression and ensure work progress of the ongoing project in accordance to works programme, contract, specification and approved budget
  
  
• Coordinate and work with project consultants and appointed contractors/ vendors from project inception to completion as well as project delivery
  
  
• Participate in the review of planning and designing stage with the internal review
  team and project consultants
  
  
• Participate and support project feasibility and viability study, tendering and award of projects
  
  
• Ensure SPA drawing & specification consistent with Building Plan approval, Contract Drawings & Construction Drawings.
  
  
• Ensure Tender Drawings tally with BP Approval, SPA & Specification during tender documentation and construction stage

  sufficient pertinent details for tender documentation and construction as well as project delivery

  Coordinate and liaise with authorities for all submission and approval within
  timeframe for land related matter, planning approval, building plan and CCC
  
  
• Coordinate updates and prepare project claim documentation and handle project archives for systematic and smooth retrieval of project archive information
  
  
• To attend to any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the
  management under the project portfolio.
  
  Requirements :
  
  
• A matured professional with a minimum of 3-5 years in construction,
  consultancy and/or property development industry.
  
  
• Possess Bachelor Degree in Building/ Civil Engineering. Preferably candidate
  with higher education qualification i.e. Master or Member of Professional Body
  (IEM/ PAM etc.)
  
  
• Experience in Consultancy Firm with site experience will be an added advantage.
  
  
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
