ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist customers, understand the condition of units and answer questions about their reservations.
• Administer defect submission.
• To provide support and assistance ot colleagues within the team to produce
• Prepare Monthly Defect Report.
• Attending Monthly Progress Meeting.
• Prepare monthly invoices for our service providers.
• Prepare tasks for the Cleaners and monitor on a daily basis for unsold units.
• To have daily discussion on the defect rectification works with the Contractor.
• To send Completion Notice to the Purchasers.
• To maintain Purchasers defect and other correspondence details through a filling system.
