工作要求：

• 自我激勵，能夠在最少的監督下獨立工作。
• 生物學、環境、社會科學或自然資源管理學位。
• 至少 3-6 年涉及社區發展或自然資源管理的相關工作經驗。
• 強大的人員管理和領導能力，具有指導和激勵他人的能力
• 準備好在野外條件下工作並適應奇怪的工作時間
• 個性開朗，公關能力佳
• 精通馬來語和英語。
• 具備良好的寫作和溝通能力。
