The Role

This position will be responsible for supporting the administrative services in the planning, organising, and implementing various administrative functions and initiatives in the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) function.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of CRE activities, including facilities management, lease management, workplace safety and security
• Support CRE-related administrative activities such as granting physical access to the Singapore offices, creating access pass, creating new access groups, overseeing maintenance of the physical security systems, assisting in extracting physical security reports, performing annual validation checks and reviewing security video footages

• Assist in the asset management under the care of the department including periodic asset verifications.
• Assist in ad hoc projects from time to time, including rendering assistance to the department’s other sections (Procurement & Services, and Office Administration) as and when required

Job Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Building or Facilities related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in administration, office management or facilities management.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Facilities Operations Management
• Possess hands-on experience in Facilities Management, Project and Maintenance Operations include ACMV, Electrical and Fire Protection services
• Must be well-versed and experienced with good technical competency in M&E matters
• Candidate should possess Senior/ FSM certificate
• Candidate with certification in GMM/ GMFM has an added advantage
• Independent with good leadership traits and lead by example
• Hands on ability to lead the team on everyday operations and projects
• Ability to multi-task, an eye for details and perform under tight timeline
• A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and critical path planning ability

Manager/Senior Manager, Facilities Development

The Manager / Senior Manager, Facilities Development will lead a team of Project Managers in the planning and implementation of Facilities Development projects in Kent Ridge Campus and set up project management systems and tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop project governance policies and processes to enable consistency in the delivery of infrastructure projects in the cluster.
• Develop technical standards for cluster infra projects and ensure standardisation and alignment with overall hospital’s infrastructure and design in the projects.
• Engage users to carry out feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects
• Lead the design development of projects
• Procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of the projects
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and Permit to work during construction stage
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms
• Adhoc duties and projects in support of CIFO’s mission Lead and execute Special Projects or tasks as directed by RO

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
• At least 6 -12 years of relevant experience with proven track record in public sector or healthcare infrastructure projects
• At least 3 - 5 years of leadership experience
• High level of technical competency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage ambiguities in the course of work
• Team player and able to collaborate with stakeholders of various functions
• Ability to multi-task
