Job Objectives
● Serves as business partner in executing HR processes in accordance with HR policy to support
business objectives.
● Advise and coach the management & employees on general business and HR topics.
● Serves as the primary interface for HR in the business.
Primary Responsibilities
● HR Proximity
o Define HR action plans based on business requirements; coaching managers to enable them to take actions in creating and maintaining a successful, engaging environment within their perimeter; ensuring HR proximity to the employees by taking appropriate measures
o Work closely with Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives to the business and employees
● HR policies
o Implementation of HR policies, services and programs for the respective business;
● Change Management
o Facilitating the change with any appropriate measure(s) and control the sustainability of change processes
● Resource Management
o Qualitative and quantitative resource management in cooperation with the business in order to ensure the right level of recruitment and mobility (Resource Review, Competences Management, headcount planning, succession planning, staffing etc.);
o Ensuring that the learning, training/development actions are implemented on time, cost and quality including training budget management.
● Talent Development
o Identification and selection of talents and following their development;
o Advising and supporting managers and employees on career development (support individual development plan(s), promotions)
● Performance Management
o Drive the HR annual cycle (People Tempo) i.e. annual interview, salary review etc. within the partner business sector
o Coach the managers and employees on effective performance management
● Ethics & Compliance
o Ensure Airbus’s Ethics and Compliance approach and the respective rules and behaviors are respected and followed by employees
● Project Management
o Leading and/or supporting projects/sub projects

● Possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen and agility to influence key stakeholders.
● Have an engaging personality capable of represent HR to Business Leaders with a consultative approach
● Excellent analytical, problem solving, writing and communication skills.
● Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Professional Skills
● Degree in Business or HRM with at least 3 years HR experience in multinational environment
● Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, training & development and employment laws
● Ability to consult and coach employees and managers in HR policies, processes and tools as well as in all people related matters.
● Support human aspects of change. Build a trustful network with the internal customers.
● Ability to build and develop effective cross-functional team work.
● Understand, drive, promote and monitor the implementation of HR policies and related processes in line with the Airbus HR strategy
● Serve the business needs while meeting HR standards, time, cost and quality requirements as well as ensuring consistent application across area of responsibility
● Promote and apply new information technology tools to HR work & share best practices within HR.
