We\\'re recruiting for Class 2 drivers to join our Transport Team at our Booker Retail Partner site. In this position, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of stock to our independent retailers stores.

Our Class 2 jobs do require handball and manual work which can be a physically demanding. This includes working outside in adverse weather conditions ad handballing product at some of the delivery points.

The Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) is the internationally recognised training arm of the CAAS. It is undergoing a transformation of programmes, to meet the evolving needs of adult learners and cater to the next generation of aviation professionals.

[What you will be working on]
Reporting to the Head of School of Aviation Safety and Security, you will oversee the development and review, and the conduct of training programmes (including curriculum) to meet CAAS, local and international trainees’ needs. Located at our new GMP Manufacturing facility in Harwell, UK, the Maintenance Planner and Scheduler plays a pivotal role in the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance activities. Your efforts ensure that maintenance work is planned, scheduled, and executed safely, supporting the uptime and reliability of our GxP/non-GxP process and support equipment.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Developing and managing the maintenance schedule to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.

• Supervising external contractors and ensuring compliance with Moderna's EHS policies and procedures.

• Utilizing the CMMS for scheduling, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Coordinating with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of spare parts and materials.

• Leading the planning of shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages with effective resource allocation.

• Supporting the development and control of the maintenance budget and participating in internal and external audits related to maintenance activities.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant certification in maintenance planning and scheduling, such as CMRP or similar, is advantageous.

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience in a regulated (cGMP preferred) environment is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in using CMMS (ideally Maximo) and other maintenance planning tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead without direct authority.

• Technical understanding of maintenance work processes and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.

• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance and experience in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Familiarity with standard maintenance practices, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions to enhance maintenance operations and equipment reliability.

The Technology Office drives the development and deployment of technology to boost Singapore’s competitiveness as an air hub.

[What you will be working on]

 Develop aviation technology road map and sustainable engineering capability plan in consultation with various stakeholders in the aviation/airport operations ecosystem.
 Develop business plan and an integrated technology and engineering development roadmap.
 Lead system architecting and system development efforts.
 Conduct system trade-off analysis
 Assess technical performance metrics, identify, and manage risks factors.
