KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic & value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. KBR is providing Project Management Services encompassing Engineering, Procurement, phase execution supporting KBR’s client Sonangol’s multi-billion-dollar grass roots Lobito Refinery Project in Angola Africa.  KBR’s Project Management Team is responsible for the overall management of the Owner’s EPC Contractor’s contract.

The Project Controls Manager will be the Project Management Company’s (PMC) representative and be part of KBR’s China Project assigned Team overseeing project controls function by EPC Contractor located in China.  After the engineering and procurement activities are completed and construction work become significant the Project Control Manager will be assigned to the job site in Angola.

Provides Case Management services, as needed to patients under the care of assigned providers for PrEP treatment. Ensures care coordination, effective use of resources and quality of care in accordance with the NYSDOH AI and BHACS (Bureau of HIV Ambulatory Care Services).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completion of initial Orientation (Center wide and specific AIDS PROGRAM) and satisfactory completion of the HIV Competency Orientation Tool
• Understanding and putting into practice hospital standards and division policies as it applies to employment at AMCH as well as the Division of HIV Medicine
• Understanding and putting into the practice the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV Prevention policies and procedures as designated in the Division of HIV Medicine Policy and Procedures
• Yearly participating in the Competency Based Evaluation Process

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited program is required. 
• Previous experience in the provision of case management and/or counseling services in hospital, outpatient, or similar settings is a plus.

ENGAGMENT STRATEGIES:

• In-reach strategies working with clinic staff to identify and engage patients appropriate for PrEP.
• Participation in community events/sessions to educate and promote PrEP.

SCREENING, INTAKE & ASSESSMENT:

• Working knowledge and understanding of cultural competency, health literacy and universal precautions (particularly in HIV and LGBT healthcare).
• Individuals receive referrals for supportive, behavioral, medical and/or psychosocial services if an immediate need is identified during a PrEP screen/clinical assessment.
• Determine patient eligibility for Medicaid, PrEP-AP, Gilead Advancing Access program and/or any other programs that could prevent individual financial barriers to PrEP treatment.
• Individuals deemed not appropriate or defer PrEP treatment receive documented risk reduction counseling.

EDUCATION AND SUPPORTIVE COUNSELING:

• Ability to provide education on PrEP treatment, basic HIV and STI transmission, risk reduction strategies and medication adherence.
• Assists patients in developing self-management and health literacy skills.
• Uses motivational interviewing to impact behavior change related to an individual’s risk of HIV/ STI acquisition, medication adherence or other issues.
• Informs patients of opportunities to provide feedback on program services.
• Completes annual agency wide trainings and additional trainings as required by the NYSDOH AI/ BHACS and/or the PrEP Coordinator.
• Understands legal issues around Domestic Violence and abuse issues and intervenes appropriately and with accordance of Albany Medical Center’s policy and NYS law.

CARE COORDINATION:

• Maintain, acquire, and fulfill required documentation for patient assistance programs (PAP) i.e.: PrEP-AP, Gilead Advancing Access, (PAF) Patient Access Foundation, and distribution of Gilead Co-Pay card.

• Patients who miss appointments are promptly identified and active follow-up occurs to assess patient needs for ongoing services. If upon assessment patient interest to continue PrEP remains, immediate re-engagements activities occur that follow the PrEP Prescribing and PrEP Management sections contained in the “Guidance for the Use of PrE-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) to Prevent HIV Transmission”.
• Supportive services are made available on-site or by referral, to address barriers to care.
• A care plan is developed with patients to address barriers to adherence as identified by the patient.
• Routine evaluation of the need for Partner Services, including partner notification assistance, and referrals made, when applicable.
• Ensure follow up appointments are scheduled 30 days after initial appointment.
• Patient follow-up is completed at 2 weeks with follow up phone call, again at 90 days and/or as needed.
• Patient prescribed PrEP receive emergency contact information and instructions informing them how to speak with a member of the care team between appointments and after clinic hours.
• Referrals are made to Primary Care Providers and are considered an integral component in follow up, coordination and continuation of care as part of the PrEP services team.
• All patient referrals are tracked for completion.

DOCUMENTATION:

• Patient registration, screening, Truvada agreement form, HIPPA agreements and Rapid HIV testing results and all other pertinent documents are submitted for scanning into the patients chart (EHR).

• Completes Authorizations for release of information with patients and submits for scanning into the EHR.
• Enter intakes, updated patient information (i.e. financial, insurance, housing), rapid testing, and service data into the AIDS Institute Reporting System (AIRS).
• Complete documentation (CM Note) of patient encounter (in person or by phone) within 24 hours.
• Keeps the PrEP program patient tracking spreadsheet up to date.

As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategizing, planning, development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns for the events, with the core KPIs of delivering good attendance and attendees’ experience.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work closely and collaboratively with the Event team to plan and execute the event’s entire marketing campaign
2. Be familiar with digital marketing esp in areas of SEO, SEM, Google Adwords and Google Display Network strategies
3. Management of websites and execution of enewsletters, as well as using analytics to improve the marketing campaigns
4. Market/list research to build a hygienic and healthy database
5. Work with Operations and Data Management team on the visitor registration system for its flow and effectiveness, pre-show and on-site, as well as the compilation of statistics and audits
6. Conceptualise, design, provide copy and supervise production of marketing collaterals (both on and offline) for events
7. Work with trade media and partners such as trade associations to extend promotional reach
8. Plan and make promotional trips to encourage more trade buyers to visit the events and also to encourage more cross-promotional partnership
9. Conceptualise and manage onsite programmes such as but not limited to knowledge theatres and technology tours
10. Onsite event management including but not limited to

• Supervision of survey temps to ensure quality insights are captured
• Obtaining exhibitor and visitor quote
• Management of social media sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn

About You

In this role you will report to the IoT Product Director based in Shanghai.

Your role will involve consulting with business departments to identify their requirements, optimize their processes, and manage projects. • Drive the Software Product development program from concept, planning, execution, to closure phase.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electronics and Engineering, Computer Science or Business Management.
• 5+ years relevant experience in a software related business, with 3+ years in a software management position, with demonstrated history and ability dealing with executive teams.
• Engineering experience in software development will be an added advantage.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure team’s activities are aligned with broader team’s strategy, priority and objectives.
• Have experience collaborating and managing 3rd party vendors including SW/HW ODM/JDM and manufactory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to interact with and influence management at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership, team building and mentoring skills.
• Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for revenue generation from new customers and existing customers.

He/ She will be expected to source and close leads, to develop strategies to attract new customers, enter new markets and review new business revenue; revenue generation from existing and new customers by retaining and maintaining relationships, growing accounts and driving exhibitor attendance.

1.        Be responsible for managing domestic sales activities in Vietnam to meet regional and event target.
