About the Role:

As a Payroll Technical Lead your main duties will be: -

• To manage the efficient operation of the Lambeth bureau payroll running processes ensuring that net pay and other statutory and voluntary deductions are paid from the appropriate employer bank accounts and appropriate employer reports and statements are issued to the relevant employers in a timely manner within the set contract dates,
• Monitoring and validation of statutory returns and employer data submissions along with associated payments.

• Handle various payroll-related tasks such as tax code uplift, new financial year period dates, and pension-related activities.

• Testing of patch and version updates of the payroll system, carrying out the relevant test.

Main Responsibilities

As our Home Technical Pricing Manager you will be responsible for managing the performance of the Home book to ensure that loss ratio and policy volume targets are met over the short-term and over a 5-year horizon.

Aseptics with Palliative Care Rotation With the senior technician, to plan and organise the day to day running of the aseptic unit. To be an Authorised Pharmacist for the final check and release of products prepared in the aseptic unit, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, activities, procedures and documentation meet the requirements of current legislation and best practice. To contribute to the preparation of documentation in accordance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice. Apply the principles of Good Clinical Practice in the professional supervision and release of IMPs and nIMPs for clinical trials. To clinically screen chemotherapy prescriptions. Communications and Relationships To communicate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team (doctors, nurses, dieticians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, ward managers, and site practitioners), to intermediate care, general practice support and community pharmacists in the provision of medicine related information and assessment of patients treatment. To demonstrate good communication skills as the role liaises with a wide variety of people within the Trust.
