Job Description

A store Supervisor is a professional responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s inventory. This includes identifying inventory needs, implementing policies and procedures for stock control, and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels. You also responsible for handling supervisory level activities for one or more areas of the warehouse including: shipping, picking & packing, receiving, inventory control, warehousing and distribution functions for raw materials, in-process goods, released finished products, supplies and product configuration.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data inventory system.
• Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high.
  Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
• Perform cycle counting and reconciliation procedures, ensuring frequency of inventory counts meet company and audit requirements.
• Handling custom clearance and shipment follow up for import and export.
  Liaise with transporter and forwarder for delivery arrangement.
• Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and reported accordingly.
• Corrective and preventive actions are to be documented for the discrepancies.
• Analyzing inventory data and providing regular reports (eg. monthly closing stock report) to upper management.
• Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training and developing teamwork initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, inventory management or similar.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in current version of MS Word, Excel and Power Point for presentation and report.
• Ability to work with cross functional team at multi levels within the organization.
• Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal/ communication, coaching and conflict management skills.
• Must be action oriented, customer focused and proficient in decision making, problem solving, planning and organizing.

• Ensure the application of window films to customer cars are done with minimal error
• Pickup or dropoff customer's car as and when required

1) 報告

• 向生產工程師報告

• 識別並記錄原材料和零件到達的延誤情況。

Key Responsibilities:

1) Reporting 

• Report to Production Engineer
• Record and report any quality issues observed during the assembly process.
• Identify and document delays in the arrival of raw materials and components.
• Keep detailed records of routine maintenance performed on assembly machinery.
• Keep records of tooling, bolts, nuts, and other assembly-related materials
   

2) Operation 

• Execute assembly tasks following established procedures.
• Ensure high-quality assembly and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Handle packing, as well as loading and unloading switchboard panels.
• Proactively identify quality issues during the assembly process and implement solution.
• Maintain machinery through routine maintenance and report malfunctions promptly.
• Manage the assembly store, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
• Ensure a clean and organized production floor by following 5S principles.
• Assist in implement improvement activity in assembly floor.
   

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing or assembly processes is preferred.
• Courses in electrical assembly, wiring, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of switchboard products and assembly processes.
• Solid understanding of electrical components.
• Familiarity with wiring principles and the ability to interpret wiring diagrams.

What You Will Do:

• Acts as liaison between engineering and manufacturing on welding-related issues. Serves on or designates a delegate for all NPI (New Product Introduction) teams.
• Liaison with fabrication suppliers on welding-related issues to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective systems or operations to produce quality products.
• Conduct and/or review welding-related failure analysis.
• Represent the facility on external welding-related committees.
• Adheres to established standards, policies, and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, and CPS (Caterpillar Production System) transformation.
• Create Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Welder Performance Qualification Record (WPQR).
• Monitoring improvement related to welding.

Dengan tanggung jawab pekerjaan sebagai berikut :

• Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin dan perbaikan pada mesin dan peralatan PLTMG 50 MW.
• Melakukan inspeksi berkala dan pemantauan kualitas untuk memastikan operasional yang aman dan andal.
• Melakukan troubleshooting dan pemecahan masalah pada sistem mekanik yang terkait dengan PLTMG.
• Menyusun laporan pemeliharaan dan merekomendasikan perbaikan yang diperlukan. Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional untuk menjaga ketersediaan dan keandalan PLTMG.
