This position will oversee the Credit & Collections function of TD Malaysia Operations. You will lead credit management and analysis, the cash collections process, and ensure teams deliver timely reporting in accordance with corporate guidance and timelines.
This position shall report to Regional Credit Director and work closely with Finance leaders and team members in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Manage Credit & Collections activities.
Plan for AFC/Forecast (Credit Cost & DSO) and measure department performance with appropriate metrics.
Manage relations with factoring and 3rd party financing companies, credit reporting and collections agencies, credit and other insurance providers, resellers and external vendors, as well as sales, marketing and other (internal) customers.
Maintain the corporate credit policy and recommend changes to senior management.
Create and maintain risk reduction programs such as rating-tools, as well cont. develops on fraud detection processes.
Manage periodic customer credit files and Country portfolio risk reviews!
Perform credit assessment, evaluate, approved, mitigate risk & proposed credit limit for management’s approval.
Manage the collection system, perform periodic customers review & do the necessary to ensure collection.
Work closely with sales & management team to assess customer’s needs for “complicated deals”, mitigate risk & suggest solutions to management.
Resolve escalations & disputes with customers.
Identify and execute other transformation efforts relating to Credit & Collections
Understand Credit Insurance’s requirement & ensure compliance.
Drive & meeting KPIs set by management.
Lead, coach, motivates and develop the Credit & Collections team.
Build the team’s capability and ensure alignment of resources and skills to meet business needs.
Coach mentor and empower staff with the goal of skills development and retention.
Actively manage the team’s development goals.
Alignment with key stakeholders and APJ Finance leadership; escalate risks when necessary.
Master’s / Postgraduate degree with business / finance field of study preferred.
10 years of relevant working experience in CREDIT & COLLECTIONS, ideally in IT multinational environment with 5-8 of experience directly managing colleagues
Good analytical skills including but not limited to experience developing and shaping key business performance indicators. Experience in Planning and forecasting, is an added advantage
Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, data mining, and building dashboards that drive decision making.
Able to understand, identify & resolved the Commercial & Credit Risk faced. Balanced between reducing risk & business opportunities
Comfortable to handle big accounts with Credit Limit of > RM10million per accounts & high numbers of accounts
Strong Customer Service orientation. Sensitive to business needs, drives efficiency and best practice.
Proven ability to work independently and effectively in an matrix reporting organization.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and handle long hours during month-end and quarter-end closing periods

About You
As the Aviation Quality & Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Operations Manager and the Safety Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and compliance within our organisation. Job Description
Global Quality Large Molecule Analytical Sciences (GQLMAS) within our Company's Manufacturing Division is responsible for the analytical commercialization of large molecules (vaccines, biologics) and to provide in-line analytical support to enable world-wide robust vaccine and biologics supply. Our Team is seeking a highly motivated candidate to provide functional support for analytical change control activities for in-line products within biologics and vaccines. The candidate with a preferred scientific background will focus on analytical changes supporting in-line product analytical changes (e.g., method validations, specifications, method transfers, method improvement) with the opportunity to provide technical and laboratory support when needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage analytical change control activities associated with in-line products and ensure change control compliance with all regulatory expectations and global procedures.
Partnering with key stakeholders in Regulatory, Analytical, Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality to coordinate assessments and approval of analytical change controls.
Develop change strategy through creation of change plan and tasks and maintain end-to-end oversight to drive progress and escalate where required.

Minimum Education Required and Experience:

Strategic Summary
The Senior Quality Specialist provides direct Quality support to a production area as part of a Quality IPT (Integrated Production Team) operating model, with guidance from the IPT Quality Lead, ensures product/process quality to facilitate the release of product to the marketplace and ensures proper control of material through maintenance of the SAP system. The Senior Quality Specialist also completes approval of documents associated with deviation management, change control, validation, and external customer complaints, and provides Generalist Quality support directly to the production floor, to include oversight for adherence to cGMPs, right-first-time completion of production GMP documentation, effective investigation of deviations and support for change controls.
The Senior Quality Specialist will become knowledgeable in Federal and other regulatory agency requirements and cGMPs to assure that all areas in compliance. Job functions are achieved primarily on the production shop floor and in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts batch release of supported products, this includes release to markets outside of the USA.
Partners with Planning, Operations and Technology organizations to ensure batches are ready for release by appropriate due dates.
Assists in sending samples/lab reagents to release authorities.
Completes required SAP transactions to release product in SAP.
Ensures proper identification of release status and control of materials through maintenance of quarantines in SAP and through physical tagging of material.
Completes, reviews, and sends release protocols to regulatory agencies.
Completes approvals of Deviation Management, Change Control, Validation and External Customer Complaint documentation.
Supports Regulatory inspections. Assists in identifying and preparing documentation for review during a regulatory inspection. Serves as a subject matter expert and presents documentation to regulatory inspectors.
Provides coaching and mentoring of manufacturing supervisors and operators.
Conducts and completes Quality review/approval of new and updated SOPs and Controlled Job Aids.
Assists with training of incoming personnel and ensures compliance with departmental procedures.
Actively participates in the Tier process and uses this forum to escalate concerns and best practices.
Partners with IPT members in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and action plans.
Education Minimum Requirement and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree of Science (BS) in Science, Engineering, or another technical field and four (4) years’ experience in a functional area, such as Operations, Quality, Technical Operations, Technology, Engineering, Maintenance, and/or Supply Chain within the pharmaceutical industry.

As a Service Manager and member of the Quality Engineering CoP Product team, you will play a critical role in envisioning and designing the end user experience for the Testing community of practice platform for Product Managers, Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and Operations Engineers. You will provide advice, guidance, and direction in carrying out plans and procedures, ensuring that operations meet business needs for usability and quality, and build a community of people with a common interest in testing. You will be responsible for new service and product launches, assist with product definition and planning, roadmap design, training curriculum standards and frameworks, and appropriate support to educate customers to increase adoption of QE Self Service capabilities. What will you be doing?
Workshop-based, the Compliance Coordinator supports the Engineering Technical Compliance Manager and shift managers in ensuring all business legislative measures of conformance are diligently and comprehensively carried-out, recorded and filed. This involves processing planned, reactive and project contractors, administering site inductions and manual / electronic PTWs, coordinating impairments and isolations with engineering team / operational liaison.
A significant number of contractors attend each building on a weekly basis, the coordinator’s primary role being to ensure a consistent approach is applied to control safe working practices in project and routine maintenance delivery. Due to the criticality of the site, all visiting contractors, consultants and external stakeholders must be instructed and policed, applying all operational liaison to ensure disruption is minimised.
All service documentation and any follow-up remedial activities are recorded and escalated for further action – via the internal team or contractor base. The Compliance Coordinator will also have a watching brief of internal PPM delivery, ensuring work orders are prioritised accordingly across the teams, working closely with the shift managers. Secondary roles include ensuring stores inventory and COSHH products in all working areas are managed correctly.
