Job Description
The Role
As a Lead Specialist, for the Support COE– Analytics & Automation, you are an essential part of the Products organization for Payroll and Cloud international. Your responsibilities involve designing, improving, and maintaining data analytics activities for all solutions within the Alight Worklife platform, collaborating closely with product managers. You will utilize your expertise in data analysis, data manipulation, text processing, feature extraction, and the fundamentals of machine learning using Python or R Studio. Your proficiency in Azure SQL and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and others will enable you to create visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data-driven insights. Moreover, your adeptness in creating tools and templates using Microsoft Excel, VBA scripting, and PowerPoint presentation skills will be instrumental in providing actionable recommendations and driving business growth. Additionally, your ability to manage baseline standard documents, Paintbrush Presentation Design and provide ad hoc administrative support to the Products team adds further value to your role.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the design of the Delivery operational dashboards and data analytics solutions for Products:
Lead the development of the latest industry analytics best practices for all types of data analysis:
Lead the development of Develop visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations:
Lead periodic quality reviews of the Dashboard content:
Lead the design of Develop and maintain tools and templates:
Collaborate with the Payroll / Calc team to simplify and standardize Excel workbooks Develop Queries for Data Extraction:
Contribute to any project across the products organization when needed
