• Administer the product training program for products under their supervision. Support new product introductions by supporting R&D through the Design process, validation studies, beta site studies and staff/customer training.
• Drive Technical Publication in International Journal for Product Branding as well as Key Opinion Leaders Relationship Building. Establish Methods Application Development and Experiment with local Customer Food Matrices
• Provide Technical Presentation in Customer Workshops and Conferences in the Asia region. Travel is expected to be about 50% focusing on India and South Asia region.
• Required to be onsite during working hours for laboratory testing. Maintenance of lab equipment according ISO 9000. Advise on and support Safety risk assessment and new Chemicals Review documentation.

You bring

• Minimum of a Bachelors of Science in related field. (Chemical, Biology...etc)
• Resent college graduate (with minimal lab experience) required but 1-2 years’ experience is preferred.
• Must have an analytical skill with experience in troubleshooting. Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot issues with products and services. Effectively communicate with others regarding technical product and market issues. Keen awareness of product and technical performance issues.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 1 year working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
