The KYC Due Diligence Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. Subject Matter Expert
Perform KYC reviews and ensure documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standards KYC reviews (Scheduled & Unscheduled Reviews for Client types across varied risk classes) including monitoring and tracking of KYC records, assisting with the development and execution of action plan for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due
Determining if the accounts are in scope
Client Identification, Verification and Screening
Information such as customer’s address, employment (including employer), connectivity to PEP/SPF (Sanctions Screening), will be validated and confirmed. These will be validated based on existing information available or through approved third party sites. Based on the results, enhanced due diligence checks will be performed which include negative news and social media checks
Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews
Ensure all information
Send the requests to Outreach/RM for accounts where information is required to complete the review
Any suspicious product usage from AML perspective gets highlighted to senior management for further reviews promptly
Ensure to maintain quality standards (90% and above) for the KYC reviews undertaken
Ensure any tech issue/procedural clarifications gets highlighted to managers for further review and guidance
Ensure to get Quality Control (QC) review done on files prior to submission and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during QC reviews
Submit record for Business Approval once review is complete and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during BA reviews
Proficiency in Cantonese language (HK market)

The Fraud Ops Analyst 2 is an intermediate level positions responsible for contributing to the development of fraud management policies, processes and procedures to minimize the impact of fraud in coordination with the Operations - Services team. The Client Onboard Rep 5 performs relatively complex assignments. Has direct impact on the business by ensuring the quality of the tasks or services provided. Works under little to no direct supervision. May service an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services. Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives. Understands how assigned duties contribute to the work of the team/unit and how the units coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve the objectives of the function. Ensures the quality and service of self and others. May recommend new options to enhance productivity in accordance with guidelines. Requires tact and diplomacy when exchanging complex or sensitive information with others. Is sensitive to audience diversity. Basic knowledge of the organization, the business and its policies required. Typically responsible for resolving basic to moderately complex problems based on practice and precedence. Able to assess applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability:
Purchase Request Processing
Perform upstream collaboration with internal stakeholders from planning to eventual procurement of materials and services Assist the internal stakeholders in defining their specifications of products and service. Review and evaluate Purchase Request according to needs and specifications of the internal stakeholders and ensure completeness of supporting documents Manages POs including running reports for close open PO’s.
Purchase Order Processing
Approve Purchase Orders using the PO system Compare prices, specifications, delivery dates and probable savings to determine the best bid among accredited suppliers Respond to internal and external customers inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations Organize, update and retain product information files and purchase order records
Purchasing Policy Development, Review and Implementation
Develop and assist in the development of APAC SOP as required by the organization to ensure efficient and compliant purchasing operations Ensure alignment and compliance of Purchasing policies with Global Procurement and Financial policies Ensure implementation and strict observance of Purchasing policies Work with Purchasing/Operations Supervisor/Manager to review, update and document all changes in Purchasing Policies regularly or as required to ensure that these policies address the changing needs of the organization while maintaining compliance and alignment with Global Purchasing and Financial policies. Conduct regular training to all function on SOP, updates and changes in policies/procedures
Vendor / Supplier Management
Maintain a reliable list of accredited vendors/suppliers for key areas of spend Ensure that vendor/supplier accreditation process complies with Global Procurement, Financial standards and requirements Review and approve/reject new vendor requests Establish APS in key categories as per RCM strategies Monitor and manage vendors/suppliers in the areas of cost savings, process improvements, sourcing of materials and innovation initiatives Conduct vendor/supplier performance reviews

Knowledge in Purchasing /Procurement Process, Project Planning and implementation Well versed in contract execution and management 4-6yrs functional experience in Purchasing/Procurement capacity Excellent people skills, excellent problem-solving skills. Project management skills Strong communication skills Strong interdisciplinary, intercultural, influence, and networking skills Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management Experience working in a US or foreign multi-national corporation is required. Interest in market dynamics along with business sense Experience in procurement of goods and services in support of a commercial sales organization a plus. Exposure to multi-racial environment preferably in healthcare industry setting

Minimum Qualification:

About you
Sigma Elevator is growing and we are recruiting a Recapture Specialist, reporting to the Service Sales Manager, the main goal of the role is to develop new business opportunities by growing our maintenance portfolio, proactively prospect potential accounts for new business, and develop and build solid relationships with new customers.
What you will be doing
Accountable for recapture / recovery target all time.
Managing prospects by proposing services and negotiating service maintenance contract.
Collaborating with service operation and technical team in ensuring safety, quality and compliance with statutory requirements.
Actively promoting Company products and selling service upgrades.
Maintaining customer relations in line with Company KPI and exceeding customer satisfaction.
Spearheading the role of customer defender and be responsible for carrying out practical initiatives to address genuine customer complaints and/or to prevent new contract cancellation.
To perform any other responsibilities as required and requested by Head of Department and/or the Management.
Managing QR and providing estimates to current customer of all regular work and repair if needed.

Degree/Diploma in any discipline or with relevant working experience.
Knowledge and experience in the elevators or construction is an added advantage.
High level of self-discipline.
Goal driven and able to deliver high level of work commitment.
Self-starter character, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
