Here's what you'll be doing:

- Talent Attraction and Onboarding: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and onboard top talent, directly contributing to our KPIs of enhancing the quality of hires.
- Business Lead Generation: Proactively research and gather business leads to support our Account Management team, playing a critical role in the expansion of our client base and the overall success of our platform.
- Advertisement Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling job advertisements across various media channels, ensuring they align with our brand and attract the right candidates.
- Performance Optimisation: Utilise analytics to continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and strategies, aiming for optimal reach and engagement.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any technical issues related to ad serving, ensuring a smooth and efficient campaign execution.

We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our team in Sheffield. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work alongside experienced professionals, managing the full 360 process. This includes sourcing and head-hunting white collar construction professionals, assessing their suitability, arranging interviews, and building relationships with clients.

The main purpose of the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is to provide day to day candidate control, candidate generation, identifying and exploring exciting business opportunities.

• Fill live jobs with candidates who have been fully vetted and referenced.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with your clients and candidates.
• Request certificates for candidates and add them to their files.
• Resourcing & generating candidates using various job boards, networking, headhunting and social media
• Ensuring all time sheets for your division are in on time, correct and send to payroll for processing on a weekly basis.
• Formatting CVs/Creating candidate profiles.
• Visiting clients and getting to know more information about our clients i.e live projects
• Going out on site to see candidates
