Responsibilities

• Function as a key member of platform and business teams providing supply status in relation to overall demand requirement (Forecast / Actual demand / Build Strategy) while facilitating effective communication between supply chain, OSAT (3rd party vendor) manufacturing, customer services, and all related support function.
• Plans and prepare Production Order (PO) to OSAT, manage OSAT performance, and ensure shipping within target ship date / standard cycle time.
• OSAT management – WIP movement encompassing everything that takes place between material start up to order fulfillment. Work to resolve material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.
• Order fulfillment tracking with timely feedback to business planner with related stakeholder on recovery plan, correction actions action / contingency plan when delays are anticipated or occur. • Provide monthly forecast to OSAT, follow up OSAT’s response within timeline given, review / negotiate on the forecast fulfillment and commitment. 
• Analyze inventory, managing DOI, slow-moving and obsolete stock, adjusting order quantities, reviewing, recommending & driving material substitution and work on inventory depletion.
• Maintains planning parameters master data, reporting data accuracy and integrity within systems. This includes inventory strategy list, capacity plan maintenance, lead time, production run size information etc.
• Delivery performance. Report and utilize the Performance metrics to drive improvement. Oversee and monitor compliance to Planning key performance indicators – OTD (delivery fulfilment), Supplier OTD, Cycle Time and B2B transaction statistics and revenue.
