The Area Director of Engineering (ADOE) role provides oversight, direction, and support to properties that fall under the respective region. · Proactively manage energy and other utilities to reduce consumption and cost, including timely and accurate reporting.

b. Champion the Voice of our Customers (VOC), with a holistic plan to engage, understand and improve the Satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) of all Centres and Services.

1. Education and Credentials

a. Minimum bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or relevant field.

b. Minimum 5 years experience in resource management and supervision in frontline operations.

• Key account holder for Foundation Churches and Christian organizations.
• Conceptualize and develop strategic partnerships with corporate partners and schools to help SLH achieve its vision and mission through volunteerism and/or donations.

• Oversee the day to day sales efforts of the Leisure sales team with specific responsibilities for the development and implementation of successful solicitation strategies for all ravel trade accounts, including offline wholesalers and travel agency networks, cruise companies and approved tour operator
• Manages the Singapore hotels annual contracting process for travel trade accounts, including working with Revenue Optimization teams on pricing strategies to appropriately position the hotels.
• Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio in order to solicit and drive transient and leisure group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
• Proactively partners with BD and BC team colleagues to source new business from within each assigned market and market segment, generating viable enquiries and converting business always with a view to maximize revenue for the hotels.
