Job Description:

• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

• Fresh graduate are welcomed, no experience needed as training will be provided

• 處理客人在網路上的booking 和inquiry
• 協助客人辦理入住和退房
• 及時解決客人入住期間的要求、問題
• 懂得基本家居維修知識，例如：換燈泡。

工作職責/要求：

• 全職 3 個職位可供選擇。
• 候選人必須至少擁有汽車/機械工程專業證書、文憑畢業生或同等學歷。
• 至少3年相關領域的工作經驗。不過，也鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
• 精通CAD繪圖，了解電腦軟體硬體設備，熟悉各種測量工具及設備。
• 具備在各項任務中的計劃、溝通、協調、分析、判斷、組織和實施的能力。
• 溝通能力：中文和英文
• 參與新產品開發的可行性評估。
• 及時準備APQP材料並指導相關單位資料的輸出。
• 依計畫召開新產品開發會議，報告會議內容及決議，整理會議紀錄；
• 記錄並發送給相關單位，追蹤結果並確保按計劃實施。
• 負責即時掌控供應商零件/模具進度及問題點。
• 製作測試樣品、發出測試訂單並追蹤測試進度和結果。
• 採購和管理新產品樣品所需材料，對材料進行試製分析，提出問題解決對策，並追蹤實作。
• 追蹤新產品成型、檢驗、新夾俱生產、改造等進度並確認符合性。
• 跟進整車廠試裝進度及問題點，提出解決方案並回饋，追蹤問題解決結果。
• 提交PPAP相關資料、樣品等，做好量產前的準備。
• 準備週報、月報和經營報告資料。
• 編制產品預算並控制預算執行。
• 負責各變更件的現場試製及問題點的提交。
• 完成上級領導不時交辦的其他任務。
