Responsibilities: 

1. Draft and / or review legal documents / contracts related to the businesses of the Company, including agreements, correspondences and any other documents in relation to conveyancing, litigation, corporate and commercial transactions;

JOB OBJECTIVE
To implement and deliver the creative designs concepts across various mediums (print and digital) and to communicate ideas, messages or information  effectively  that meet the needs and objectives of MTDC promotion and  branding.

JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES

4.     Creative Design:

• Prepare print-ready artwork files for various printing methods, including  offset printing, digital printing, and large-format  printing.

5.     Multimedia Creation:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and storyboard for video production.
• Produce high quality video and content editing by utilising necessary resources to create compelling narratives and promotional  materials.

6.     Website Design and Management:

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement designs that balance aesthetics with functionality  and technical feasibility.

Operations

• Ensure efficient day to day running of the Nursing Home covering but not limited to facility management, logistics, building maintenance (including air conditioning systems), security, front office, hygiene services, laundry services, kitchen services and parking services.
