Position: Shift Lead

Reports to: General Manager (GM)/Assistant Manager (AM)

Department: Operations

Purpose: Help club management supervise and lead a team of employees in a designated location, during an assigned work shift, ensuring compliance with Excel and Planet Fitness policies, practices and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in implementing strategies to attract and keep customers based on our Excel Core Values.

• Utilize performance tracker to be in line with company metric expectations.

• Supervise and motivate staff to perform to their best abilities during assigned work shift.

• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.

• Identify training needs by ensuring that all staff meets Excel standards and report findings to club management.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and holding up to Excel Standard.

• Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines and address any minor infractions. Shift Lead should bring up any major infractions with club management to address.

• Communicate with members and a create a high level of customer service.

• Perform daily club inspections, assign cleaning or associated tasks along with re-inspecting said tasks

• Hold employees accountable for meeting company standards, audit daily paperwork, and help resolve any day-to-day customer issues.

• Audit club inventory and communicate with GM and Assistant Manager on recommendations of inventory orders.

• May be responsible to oversee club operations and staff when the General Manager/Assistant Manager is off or unavailable

• Help train new employees and be a team resource by accurately answering questions/concerns, modeling expected behaviors, and correctly training on operational processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

• Proven ability to lead, encourage, develop and supervise the work of others.

• Familiar with Excel mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements

Job Summary:

The Country Director (CD) will be the key representative for FHI 360 activities in Nigeria. S/he will be responsible for direct supervision of Chiefs of Party (COPs) and Project Directors (PD), as assigned and updated yearly, and the primary point of contact for business development tasks in Nigeria. In coordination with the security team, s/he will ensure duty of care and safety for staff throughout Nigeria, including humanitarian operations in the Northeast of the country. The CD will manage Country Office (CO) enterprise services, including cross-departmental and/or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. S/he will select, develop, and evaluate personnel necessary to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the CO. S/he will oversee the CO shared services platform. The shared services platform includes human resources, procurement, contracts management services (CMS), finance, enterprise services (facilities, travels/logistics, storage/warehousing, communication, utilities, etc.), administration, information technology (IT), security and compliance. S/he will coordinate with all projects operational in Nigeria and ensure collaboration with global projects as well as bilateral.  S/he will take the lead in planning for office size and staffing changes and ensure best shared services value to clients and donors. The Behavioral Health Manager (Strategy Lead) builds behavioral health strategies within the enterprise, business or segment to develop best practices and processes to improve outcomes for members. The Behavioral Health Strategy Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

               

The Behavioral Health Manager (Strategy Lead) is dedicated full-time to Humana’s Indiana Medicaid product lines. The Behavioral Health Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Contractor’s behavioral health operations, , which include the operations of any behavioral health subcontractors, are compliant with the terms of the Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all functional areas, including quality management, utilization management, network development and management, provider relations, member outreach, and education, member services, contract compliance, care management, service coordination, and reporting.
• Fully participate in all quality management and improvement activities, including participating in Quality Strategy Committee meetings and in the Mental Health Quality Assurance Committee.
• Work closely with the network development and provider relations staff to develop and maintain the behavioral health network and ensure that it is fully integrated with the physical health provider network.
• Collaborate with key staff to ensure the coordination of physical and behavioral health care services.
• Work closely with the utilization management staff to monitor behavioral health utilization, especially to identify and address potential behavioral health under- or over-utilization.
• Primary liaison with behavioral health community resources, including Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs); establishes and maintains relationships with Providers, advocates, and other key state stakeholders by maintaining open and ongoing communications; represents Humana at public forums and engagement opportunities.
• Responsible for all reporting related to the Contractor’s provision of behavioral health services.
• Collaborate on the development of targeted education and training for contracted PCPs to screen for mental health and substance use disorders (SUD) using evidence‐based tools

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet one of the following:

An unrestricted active Licensed Behavioral Health Professional in the state in one of the following areas:

• Masters Level Social Worker Licensed as LMSW, LMSW-ACP, CSW, LCSW OR
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) OR
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) OR
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR 
• PhD/EdD; Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist OR
• RN with-PMHNP-BC, MSN-APRN in Psychiatric or Mental Health

Qualified candidates must meet all of the following:

• 5+ years of behavioral health practitioner experience with at least two (2) years behavior health leadership experience/managing behavioral healthcare operations.

• Possess analysis and interpretation skills with prior experience focused on quality management, UM, discharge planning and/or home health or rehab.
• Knowledgeable about the care of older geriatric adults and their behavioral health needs including comorbidities such as dementia, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and serious mental illness diagnosis.
• Must reside in Indianapolis, Indiana and report to the office 3 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Medicaid Managed Care clinical or BH leadership experience
