Your new team:

The Data Security Team, a part of the wider Cyber Security Technology function, provides security controls and services that are utilised across the group. This team is responsible for the delivery & support of effective security services and continuous assurance over enterprise security controls within the bank and across its group entities.

We own and operate the Data Protection services to protect the Group. The services protect over 10,000 servers across a range of different On-Prem, Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments, along with over 56,000 end-user devices.

Your impact and contribution:

As the Senior Cyber Engineer – Data Security you will be responsible for the implementation, deployment and support of services such as Microsoft Security Suite of services, Tokenisation services and Cryptography. You will also participate in the implementation of complex changes and project delivery.

This role will enable you to build, deliver and deploy services and solutions as well as working on productivity initiatives to the platform through automation.

The role also provides delivery governance, technical support, and expertise to customers – responding to customer feedback in order to drive excellence, quality and performance.

• Be responsible in driving the deployment across Data Security services and solutions.

• Work on Cryptography technologies to ensure ongoing data security across the Group.

The SSM is the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers including the end customer of the Partner.   • >5 to 10 Years proven experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred.​ Prior knowledge in end to end network, application and clouds security will be added advantage

  • Relevant experience with resellers would be an added advantage.

  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and often exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrate strong capability in planning, strategizing, execution skill and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Experience in ensuring sales forecast accuracy and operational excellence.

  • Excellent networking abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, with a lot of initiative.

• Bertanggung jawab atas keamanan dan asset Gedung perusahaan , dapat menyelesaikan masalah dengan baik apabila ada hal/masalah hukum yang terjadi di mall, mengontrol kinerja security sesuai SOP, memberikan pelatihan untuk anggota security , melaksanaan pembinaan, dsb.

• Mengerjakan perbaikan- atas terjadinya kerusakan yg ad di dalam gedung, fasilitas peralatan ,dsb, mampu menganalisa dan dapat memperbaiki kerusakan yg terjadi di dalam gedung, dsb

• Rancang rencana perekrutan untuk semua departemen
• Mengawasi penerimaan karyawan dan jadwal kerja, termasuk, upah lembur yang dibayarkan
• Bertindak sebagai titik kontak ketika karyawan memiliki pertanyaan atau masalah terkait pekerjaan
• Pastikan staf mematuhi peraturan kesehatan dan keselamatan yang relevan
• Menjaga komunikasi yang efektif di semua tingkat manajemen dan staf
