Overview

In order to support a successful global deployment of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, it is essential to create a global network of leaders and ambassadors who will lead the regional engagement and implementation of the system.

In the role of Finance Manager, you will work alongside the core programme team, Asia finance leads (Finance Director and Financial Controller) and the Operations team and be central to ensuring that the people, process and business elements of the transformation come together in delivery for the Asia region.

Your particular focus will be implementation of regional finance change management plan ensuring that the regional finance team are engaged with the process and assist in supporting the change.

Key responsibilities

Design Acceptance

• The steering group are ultimately signing off the design and solution, however regional engagement and consultation is an essential part of this.
• As the finance manager you will attend workshops & meetings related to the design process and assist the Asia finance leads in reviewing and accepting the design principles.

Communications & Engagement

• Support senior stakeholder engagement regarding the deployment.
• Support finance leads in the region to cascade key messages throughout the finance team.
• Ensure a wider engagement with finance users with support from the core team resources.

Data cleansing

• Each region will need to obtain assistance from the operational teams to ensure that the data transferring to the new system is fit for purpose.
• The role of the finance manager is to work with the operations lead to ensure that the local leadership and managers engage with the process and complete it in a timely manner.

Testing

• The testing work-stream is being led by the core team.
• In order to complete the testing process regional change champions will need to be trained in the system and be involved in running test scenarios to validate the system design and build.
• The role of the finance manager is to work with the operations lead to ensure that:
  • All regional change champions are trained to enable test scenarios to be run.
  • All test scenarios are completed in a timely fashion.

Training

• Training materials already exist but will need to be refined to meet any specific local processes.
• The role of the Finance Lead is to support the Operations Lead ensure that regional change champions are trained in such that they can lead local training and that the training is delivered to a plan. 
• At this stage it is envisaged end user training will be rolled out as follows:
  • Training of finance staff – classroom training

Deployment

Electronic Security System Installation Program Manager

KBR is seeking an Electronic Security System (ESS) Installation Program Manager to join our team. The Defense Systems Engineering (DSE) Business Unit provides full spectrum engineering and technical solutions across the life cycle of DoD military systems on land, at sea, in the air and in space. Areas of expertise include acquisition, systems engineering and integration, AI/big data applications, cyber, R&D, test and evaluation, C4ISR and sustainment engineering.

What to Expect: As the Program Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all KBR Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Installation projects, including the responsibility and management of scope, schedule, cost, and hiring.

• Understand the complete project life cycle, including site survey, design, procurement, pre-installation test and checkout, onsite installation, and testing.
• Experience with ESS and Network installation, including fiber, switchgear, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, video surveillance systems, and intercom systems.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure sound daily operations of all activities of a moderate to large sized Government Services (GS) project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, system specifications, and requirements of the project. Establishes organization-wide processes, training, and procedures for consistent operation between projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure compliance and efficient performance in accordance with the approved Installation Design Plan (IDP) drawings. Coordinate with network/engineering, logistics, subcontractor, and administrative resources as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to the Government stakeholders to provide timely status reports of work accomplished, issues encountered, and staffing considerations. Ensures on time execution in accordance with the approved project schedule and provides task level updates or insight to possible delays promptly.
• Ensures all employees performing on-site work adhere to safety standards, regulations, and best practices, leading by example and instructing through demonstration as needed.
• Responsible for the profit and loss of the projects.

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS degree in a technical discipline and 10 years of experience in ESS installation and/or management of similar projects. Additional 8 years relevant experience may substitute for required education.
• Must have experience utilizing engineering drawings to perform or supervise installation work.
• Must have experience testing and troubleshooting ESS.
• Must be familiar with applicable codes for electrical and minor construction work.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute desired.

Senior Network/Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

• As the Senior Network Administrator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the project network and security infrastructure
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize network efficiency and reliability
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls and other security measures
• Participate in IT network infrastructure project design, reviews, and ensure network architecture goals and requirements are met and aligned with business objectives
• Develop network and security documentation, including diagrams and work instructions, test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for various projects

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Support Technician (Mobile Cranes) who specialises in Mobile Cranes to join our Perth team. The ideal applicant will have a wealth of technical knowledge, a strong customer focus, and be able to:

Support our Tadano product technically and operationally.
Support new crane deliveries and ensure quality is delivered to the highest standard.
Deliver new cranes with technical familiarisation training.
Maintain customer relationships and attend site where required.
Report quality issues and customer feedback.
Provide high-level customer service.


Skills & Experience

A trade mechanic qualification with 5+ years' experience in the crane industry.
Experience with construction equipment - diagnosing electrical & hydraulic faults.
High level of customer service.
Ability to travel when required.
Previous experience working for OEM Companies. (Advantageous)
Technical knowledge with Tadano products (Highly advantageous)
