Job Description

• Responsible for handling full sets of accounts
• To handle day to day accounting related functions for both Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables and General Ledgers
• To ensure timely and accurate month-end closing of management accounts reporting
• Assess the daily controls to ensure transactions are recorded and processed in compliance with operation procedures
• Knowledge of accounting software and applications (Auto count added advantage)
• Up to date knowledge of current accounting standards
• Able to liaise with external auditors, tax agents and company secretary on standard and regulatory requirements
• Perform ad hoc jobs as required by management

Job Requirements

• Must possess minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human
  resources/administrative position.
• PC literacy (MS Office, in particular).
• Familiarity with an HRIS or HRMS.
• Good knowledge of labour laws.
