JOB SUMMARY

Lead APAC region’s operations as the client’s single point of contact with accountability for all service lines. Assist and support the International Regional Director and CBRE management team in managing all aspects of service provider performance. This position will focus on the client’s real estate service delivery in the APAC region to manage the real estate portfolio and regional relationships within the clients corporate Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) group. ● Partner closely with Geo leaders on continually refining our Renewals strategy/process and engagement with Sales & Customer Success

● Ensure that Renewal policies, procedures and processes are understood and implemented consistently and cross-functionally

● Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment in our go-to-market for Sales/Renewals

● Become an expert in Sprinklr products and solutions, often re-selling the value and identifying future expansion opportunities

Requirements

● 10+ years of progressive Leadership experience in Renewals, Sales and/or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment

● 3+ years success leading a team of individual contributors and/or other managers

● Strong executive presence and ability to closely partner with multiple layers of the organization

● Strong financial/analytical background who is sales driven with a growth mindset

● Experience scaling teams in a hyper-growth environment

● Ability to adapt and plan on the fly and deliver on both the customer and organizational needs

● Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills

About The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager-Commercial, this position requires the successful candidate to drive and grow revenue across all Tatler Asia Group brands and platforms including print, digital, live and hybrid events.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong consultative media/MICE background, with experience working with clients in financial services, government, automotive, technology and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and responsibility on assigned categories and accounts, proactively pitching, consulting and servicing all clients and agencies, working with the commercial initiatives and editorial teams whilst staying on top of industry knowledge and trends.
• Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with key client decision makers and agency groups, consultatively recommending integrated solutions to them to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Strategic accounts and category planning - proactively and continuously grow the client base, pitching new opportunities, and responding to briefs in a timely manner
• Understand clients and agency business goals and challenges, and identify strategic long term opportunities to partner
• Work with commercial initiatives, editorial and marketing teams to provide strategic 360 marketing solutions to help clients generate the best return on investment
• Work with commercial initiatives, editorial and marketing teams to develop market intelligence reports for clients in assigned categories
• Manage the full sales cycle, from client engagement, campaign ideation, developing proposals, pipeline management, deal closure and post campaign reporting.
• Management of sales CRM, sales pipeline and revenue forecasting and undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as required

Job Scope

· Fully follow up the product lines and ensure the instruction of Chairman on products are executed and implemented.

· Communicate with product and R&D teams of each product line, follow up project, grasp the details of project progress and feedback to Chairman.

· Participate in product scheduling, coordinate multiple resources, design, R&D, operation, and testing teams, promote the development process of each product before launch. After launch, facilitate team updates and iterate product features based on operational feedback.

· Organized and coordinated product-related meeting which involving Chairman, responsible for summarizing meeting minutes, followed up, established an effective communication between Chairman and Project team, play a bridge role in product positioning and execution.

· Stay attentive to market, analyse competitive products in relevant market, compare company product design, provide opinions and suggestions for Chairman's product decisions.

· According to the requirements of Chairman, organize related product, R&D, design resources, and independently complete specific projects.

Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher.

2. Work Experience: Over 10 years of work experience with 5 years of team management experience.

3. Industry Experience: Relevant work experience in well-known/large internet companies, with practical experience in designing and managing internet products, ideally with at least one successful experience in internet product design and management.

4. Professional Qualifications:

· Strategic thinking and management in internet product field, with a strong forward-looking perspective on product field future development and market judgment.

· Ability to think user-centrically and data-driven, challenging authority and traditional experiences, with a habit of rapid and thorough verification.

· Strong team management, project management, and team training abilities.

· Excellent language, communication, organization, and coordination skills.

· Management training experience and advanced certificates in product development is an advantage.

5. Regional Experience: International perspective and experience, with deep insights into and experience in China, Southeast Asia, and other international markets, particularly preferred in terms of product and project implementation.

6. Language Requirements:

· Proficient in professional business writing and language communication.

· Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associate.
