Responsibilities

Policies, Frameworks, and Guidelines

• Responsible for team’s compliance with relevant requirements under Institute of Internal auditors’ International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal auditing
• Provides inputs and complies to the function’s policies, framework and guidelines to perform risk-based review to ensure that all major risks of the Group are identified, and the related countermeasures are reviewed on an annual basis
• Leads team in evaluating the Group’s effectiveness of risk management, internal control and corporate governance policy, frameworks, and guidelines, adopting the latest relevance governance rules, policies and practices where practicable

Audit Planning, Budgeting, Reviews and Action Planning

• Leads with operations audit/ IT audit planning, execution and implementation when requested
• Reviews the adequacy and effectiveness of business and operational process and internal controls throughout the Group
• Prepares Audit Planning Memorandum
• Reviews work papers for selection sections of each project
• Reviews issues and challenges identified during audit process and work with management to develop action plans with management to address problems
• Ensure team’s timely completion of assigned tasks

Value Added Functions- Functional Integration and Product Specialisation

• Recommends and implements continuous auditing process (using ACL) and provide feedback to Head of IA on system improvement
• Develops in-depth knowledge and expertise in selected areas of the Group’s operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Economics/Business/Finance
• Recognised professional qualification i.e. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a listed company, multinational company or Big 4 accounting firms

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Issues Technical Specifications and Manage piping related packages
• Translates requirements of project/ classification society/ relevant industrial standard / statutory bodies into Technical Specifications for piping related materials, equipment and services to be procured

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and coordinates IM & IT requirements for digital twin and data centric project delivery
• Manages and develop IM and digital delivery specifications, execution plan and procedures
• Ensures that the project team understands, supports and adheres to the project digital delivery and IM strategy
• Ensures the quality of deliverables and the effectiveness of tools deployed
• Establishes the progressive and final handover of documents and data to effectively deliver the project requirements
• Interfaces with the Company/Engineering Contractor/Suppliers/Construction & Completion team for project IM requirements
• Develops and maintain Data Management Plans and Procedures.
• Manages the project class library to support engineering data collection
• Validates and check consistency of tagging data and the progressive transfer of the “cleansed” data to engineering data warehouse
• Manages the Document Control Team and their work assignments

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in related field
• Minimum 10 yrs experience especially in oil and gas offshore projects
• Experience in Aveva Engineering, Aveva Net, Aveva ISM, etc.
• Experience in database management system, SQL development, VBA, SQL server reporting services
• Experience in configuration and implementation of data collection, validation, integration, exchange and reporting
• Pro-Active management style, ability to lead a team of data engineers, good communication skills, able to make appropriate decisions based on understanding of potential risk impact to project budgets, schedules, and quality in deliverables
• Able to do construction site visit and overseas travel when required

Responsibilities:

• Provides overall supporting functions to supervisors
• Conducts new development and upgrading projects related to yard facilities and infra-structures
• Supervises contractors for periodic maintenance works of yard facilities and infrastructures
• Supervises and ensures contractors to comply with Safe Operating Procedure, Work Instruction, Risk Assessment
• Conducts yard general housekeeping
• Prepares budget cost for yard development project
• Keeps track of project cost expenditure
• Takes on duties as and when required by supervisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Min 3-year working experience in marine, or construction or process sectors.
• Good skills in project management
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Conducts survey on project site and proposes construction methodology including subcontracting strategy, equipment/ manpower routing and logistical planning to prepare construction execution and expediting plan
• Prepares scheduling documents, procedures and method statement for construction related activities including setting up the construction planning documentation for tender and project execution stage
• Responsible to prepare construction manpower and equipment planning (i.e. direct and indirect manning) including cost and formulates resource estimation for construction management
• Develops and maintains detailed EPC/ EPCm preliminary stage schedules for EPCC projects for tender stage, incorporating several scenarios to finalize various aspects of EPCC sequencing and contracting plans
• Liaises with third-parties(i.e. design consultants, construction management consultants, contractors) to obtain the latest schedules in the appropriate programmed format for each phase (i.e. planning, design, bid/award, construction, start-up)
• Develops creative reporting tools (i.e. Gantt charts, activity network diagrams and etc.) to communicate complex project sequencing and/ or progress assessments
• Conducts constructability study/ workshop for heavy and critical equipment transportation/erection/installation with tender project team members, commercial, procurement and etc. at the appraisal and proposal stage
• Performs project performance analysis including earned value through the analysis of man-hour resources including productivity of third parties, equipment resources and cost loaded to monitor construction expenses/cost against planning
• Leads project meetings with project team members and relevant stakeholders subcontractors to review on the project completion status against an established baseline
• Reviews construction requisition prepared by engineering discipline and troubleshoots bottle neck between construction and engineering project team members in order to achieve target schedule
• Maintains simplified logic schedules, implementing critical float path analysis to determine problem areas and alert the project team to critical scheduling issues
• Coordinates and validates schedules with cross functional team members and third party schedulers to update any changes to the master schedule to provide accurate reporting to the relevant stakeholders
• Provides progress reporting, developing/updating progress curves, documents and briefing materials as required to assess progress and measurement and promptly reports on schedule slippage/ variances
• Works with other project management team members as required to achieve functional objectives and deadlines
• Provides support in various projects as required to promote cross-functional learning and development, balance team workload and enhance overall team productivity

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marine/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical, or related disciplines
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in construction planning in marine/ offshore related industry
• Experience with design-build and construction management at risk delivery methods
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office products and project management software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera Project Planner Version 6.0 or higher and etc)
• Good working knowledge of all phases of construction including work commonly done by the various construction disciplines
• Good knowledge and experience scheduling the design and construction of large-scale, complex projects
• Good knowledge and experience in developing and managing a progress reporting methodology for a complicated design effort
• Ability to understand a demanding, technical and complicated construction program
• Good knowledge of construction trades, work breakdown structure and the logical sequence of activities to optimize project schedule
