· Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in financial trading platforms

· In-depth knowledge of options/futures markets, trading interfaces, order management systems, trading back-office systems, options/futures margin rules, and brokerage operations

· Strong background in finance, marketing, and accounting

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, project management, written, and verbal communication skills

· Experience working with a high-performing team of software engineers using agile development practices

· Experience setting a vision and delivering complex projects involving multiple disciplines

Responsibilities

1. Consult with business leaders to translate business strategies and objectives into an HR roadmap; garner support and identity ownership for that roadmap; establish regular meeting cadence to advise/inform leaders of progress and further transparency throughout the organization;
