We are delighted to advertise 2 Advanced Clinical Practitioner (multi-agency) training posts based within the inpatient wards at Atherleigh Park, Leigh. This exciting new role is a fully funded training position, you will be supported through a 2 year Master's degree programme to compliment your professional development in mental health, resulting in progression to band 8a upon successful completion of the course.

To be part of our team, successful candidates will be an experienced nurse or allied health professional, have excellent leadership and clinical skills, as well as evidence of continuing professional development, have drive, ambition, passion, a flexible approach and be dedicated to working in a fast paced, challenging but exciting environment in a well-established and supportive MDT.

Successful post holders will undertake the MSc Advanced Clinical Practice Masters degree programme (level 7 apprenticeship) with Salford University and be committed to completing both the academic, clinical and leadership requirements of the programme.

In order to access apprenticeship funding, candidates must evidence that they have a first degree 2:2 or above, and GCSE Maths and English at C or above, please clearly demonstrate within the application form. Salford University require a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.



Candidates without a first degree may be able to complete an APL process to demonstrate other L7 learning or relevant educational and clinical experience to be considered.

Upon qualification, the Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, formulation and prescribing of care planning including discharge planning within agreed protocols. The post holder will be recognised as an expert practitioner in an identified field of practice (including but not limited to non-medical prescribing), and will advise the Multi-Disciplinary team on expert, safe and effective models of care and treatment.

The Urgent Care Access hub and Home Treatment Team in Coventry is an Age independent service, One team with two functions, We operate a 24 hours service and the shift patterns are 11.5 hours. This fast paced, dynamic environment requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to make decisions under pressure and provide high quality care to people with mental health illnesses and social inequalities in their own homes. You will also be expected to Triage Urgent referrals which include Safeguarding and make decisions about care and treatment in a responsive manner, signposting to 3rdsector services and referring into secondary care services if needed. Giving current NICE guideline advice around self-help and treatment options via telephone triage. You will be supported by a senior leadership team of experienced nurses and an MDT of colleagues who are passionate about treating patients in their own homes in order to avoid hospital admission. We are based within the Caludon Centre and cover the city of Coventry. Car driver preferred but not essential.

The MHAH & HTT provide a service to people experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis (functional or organic) who require urgent assessment to determine the required interventions using the least restrictive environment to facilitate recovery. The post holder will provide; Telephonic triages Urgent Assessments of mental health needs and risk Formulation of plans of care in an acute crisis Medication home treatment Evidenced based intervention that follow the cluster pathway Monitoring concordance to care and treatment plans Support Care packages as required to meet the needs e.g. Organic patients Contribute to the review of care Supervise junior staff providing care delivery The post holder will also be required to manage on a rotational basis the operational duty system, and provide a decision making process regarding workload, skill mix and resources. The post holder will be required during this span of duty to ensure that the team deliver the roles and functions as per operational policy Gate keeping Facilitate early discharge Assessment (of mental state and risk) Improved access for patients out of hours Home treatment Support Care packages as required to meet the needs e.g. Organic patients The post holder will ensure that all organisational systems and processes are adhered to. The post holder will manage and organise competing and conflicting priorities and manage change in complex situations. The post holder will be a resource of clinical knowledge and competence in the service area contributing to staff and service development. The post holder will be required to support the organisations agile working policy. The post holder may be required to act up in the absence of the team manager and to undertake delegated responsibilities as required.

Daily Operations
• Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and the right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines.
• Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
• To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
• Ensure cleaning processes, workplace environment and that of our staffs comply and meet quality guidelines and standards
• Conduct any necessary investigations and respond to the corresponding corrective measures to prevent a reoccurrence upon feedback from the customer.
• Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards

*note on heavy load, carpets can be between 10kg - 40kg during delivery, machines can be 20-30kg and needs to be carried up staircase in certain areas.

As a leader and a team player, you set the example and help develop members of the Scoot team to deliver the Scootitude experience to all passengers.

A320 / Embraer 190-E2 Captain Requirements:

• Total flight time of more than 3,500 hours on aeroplanes with MTMA of 5700kg or more
• At least 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC/P1) on multi-engine jet or turbine commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.

Licensing Requirements

• A Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO ATPL (foreign ATPL will be required to undergo licence conversion which requires an instrument rating and a proficiency check that has a minimum of 6 months' validity.)
• Demonstrate the ability to speak and understand English with a minimum of ICAO level 4.
• Satisfy all vaccination requirements as required by CAAS.

Training Co-Payment & Training Bond

Where applicable, successful candidates will be trained to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating for the assigned fleet.

Successful candidates who are provided with type rating training will be subjected to a co-payment of the training cost and will be required to enter a training bond.
