Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership

Drive and oversee the day-to-day management of capital projects and major work packages.
Define clear project objectives and ensure they are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.

Accountabilities

Report directly to the FTF Capital Programme Manager and execute projects according to established project and technical management processes.

Ensure project safety, health, and environmental (SHE) culture and practices align with UKAEA requirements.

Manage project budgets, typically ranging from £0.5 million to £10 million per annum.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential

Project and/or programme management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes) or suitable experience.
Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects and/or major work packages within budget, on time, and to cost.
Passion for promoting good project management practices and culture.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to make economically sound decisions to maximize project value.
Proactive approach to safety, with a solid understanding of UK compliance requirements in design.
Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.

What you’ll do

The role fits within New Business Sales Team with a focus on GBGs location intelligence services, Loqate. This provides our clients with market leading Customer Data Management solutions which allows them to verify and onboard customers with confidence.

The role

About the Role

As an experienced Business Development Manager your goal will be to increase the number of Product Suppliers subscribing to our digital platform owning the Sales cycle end to end from outbound prospecting, inbound nurturing, qualifying, pitching, negotiating and closing deals.

• Bachelor’s or similar Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is desirable
• At least 5 years of direct Business Development experience and comfortable negotiating complex deals
• Experience working in the Digital Advertising or Architecture/Design/Building industry, highly desirable
• Experience using HubSpot or other CRM software
• Experience in a start-up/scale-up, hyper-growth type environment, operating in a client facing capacity

What you'll need to succeed

Proven leadership experience, experience managing engineering programs, preferably with aerospace or land systems experience.
Experience working in a project engineering environment and understanding of project management methodologies.
Demonstrated experience managing Australian Defence projects and contracts. Understanding of ASDEFCON contract framework.
Knowledge of Defence Security responsibilities (ITAR, DISP, COMSEC, etc)
Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree (i.e. BSc / Engineering / BAMSc / MBA)
Australian Citizen, eligible for Defence Clearance
Relevant Accreditations/Certifications/Memberships (i.e. Engineering, Project Management, Defence Networks)

The Manager – Finance & Accounting is a sparring partner to the management of a functional department and is responsible for ensuring distributor profitability is transparent, enforcement internal control and compliance across the region. The Manager – Finance & Accounting manages the forecasting and budgeting process of the full Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B&S).

Your Role :

• Responsible in ensuring that the financial and accounting policies are accurate, well documented, consistently applied in the organization and in conformity with applicable accounting standards.
• Responsible for controlling of both accounting and management reports, P&L and BS (AP and AR).
• Actively involve stakeholders throughout the business to ensure financial management responsibilities are understood and financial goals are exceeded.
• Advise management from a business control perspective and able to link financial reports to company strategy.
• Analyze profitability, interpret financial information to management while recommending further course of action.

• Support the Regional Business Controller in onsite inspection to ensure company rules and policies are complied.
