• Comprehend clients' business objectives and create programs, pitches, plans, and strategy decks in alignment.
• Manage reputational risks and uphold agency integrity during challenging situations.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Tailor PR campaigns based on a deep understanding of clients' industries, goals, and challenges.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and results delivery.
• Lead media/influencer relations efforts, fostering connections with top-tier outlets and influencers.
• Supervise content development, including pitches, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of PR with other business functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience.
