Main Purpose of Job
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive HR operational enhancement initiative, assess and initiate HR digital adoption strategies for the Group.

Principle responsibilities & duties

• Stay updated on the latest trends in HR tech, including people analytics solutions and virtual reality for training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  In-depth knowledge on overall Human Resources practice
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in HR operations and HR digital adoption
  Experience in handling HR transformation projects
• Knowledge of HR digital adoption trends and technologies, including AI, HRIS systems, and communication tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with HR team, Business Heads and staffs on the execution of PMS workflow and procedures. 
• To be responsible on the roll-out of PMS end-to-end process (inclusive of Performance Plan, Mid-Year Review and Final Assessment).

What is this role?

The Talent & Administrative Executive is in charge of advertising open roles, reaching out to applicants, organising interviews and managing incoming talent into the business.

You will help to form and improve interview processes, hiring guidelines and more. In addition, collaborate with fellow Administrative Executive on general administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have a collaborative and friendly work style, be exceptionally well-organised, able to effectively multi-task & prioritise and take initiative.

What you can expect to do?

• Organise and supervise the company’s hiring process including advertising open roles, reaching out to applicants, organising interviews, signing of employment agreement, and manpower related regulatory applications
• Employee records management, and response to staff human resource enquiries
• Track and follow up on employee contract renewal
• Prepare quotations and invoices related to business process outsourcing, reports, memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software

What are we looking for?
