Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Human Capital and Development and/or her designate, the Learning & Development Manager shall act as a Business Partner within the Hotel to create and promote a learning culture and to work closely with the respective department educator to enhance associate competencies, growth and development. Job Description:

• To conduct and facilitate all training programs within the Hotel including New Associate Orientation Program for all new associates
• Assist the department educator to develop skills learning and development program within their department
• To develop and deliver Corporate mandatory programs within the Hotel
• To prepare and deliver the annual Learning and Development plan for all department and hotel as a whole
