• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of the HR Shared Services
• Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
• Analyse and address any HR issues that arises, innovating new solutions and adapting existing approaches as necessary
• Administration of payroll and other staff compensation & benefits
• Effectively collaborate internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and operations.
• Offer guidance and assistance for all HR shared services matters
• Make decisions that influence the team's success and contribute to project execution.
• Manage small teams or HR projects both internally and at client sites.

skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services or similar roles
• Strong HR analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and make data-driven decisions
• Adaptable, team player and process driven
• Great interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals at all organisational levels
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate with senior stakeholders based in Beijing, China
• Competency in Lark HRIS will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the data management, HR payment(non-payroll) and claims administration functions in HR Shared Services.
• Serve as the Data Steward for HR system (Employee Central, Onboarding & Claims) in ensuring data accuracy & integrity.
• Serve as the Product Owner for Pfile Digitalization and oversee vendors, payment and Pfile server related matters.
• Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of division workplan.
• Lead projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters.
• Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of relevant HR experience (including 5 years or more leadership experience).
• Strong HR system, MS Office, SharePoint knowledge.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills and able to handle complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
• Exhibit strong people management skills and competent in motivating and developing team(s).
