The Role Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to
· Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Personal Clients segment
Implementation and oversight of the below individual responsibilities:
· To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
· To foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
· In consultation with the branch manager/ PTL, draw up monthly plans for achieving/exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customer acquisition goals
· To participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
· To source and call on individual prospects
· To provide quality, efficient after-sales services
· To manage anti-attrition and retention of clients
· To organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations.
· To solicit referrals from other parts of SCB eg. RMs from C&I, staff, etc.
· To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
· To ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.

Summary
· Client Services: Client Service Managers (CSM) to deliver consistent and high-quality service to Private Banking clients.
· Facilitate a smooth working relationship of Front Office teams with support functions.
· Business Controls: To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, highlight suspicious activities/behaviour of clients and staff e.g. account irregularities and alert TL/CA of the suspicious transactions on a timely basis.
Fully compliant with regulations and Group policies and guidelines, and be able to highlight, mitigate and protect the bank against credit, legal, documentation, repetition and other risks; to conduct business at all times in a compliance-conscious manner and alert to the potential risks of money laundering and other undesirable transactions/activity during and after client on-boarding process.
Business
· Work with relevant teams to enhance the control environment within the Front Office.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive client support services to TL / CAs in executing a broad range of banking and investment transactions for Private Banking clients.
· Provide concise and relevant information flow and execute all client transactional and administrative needs accurately and on a timely basis (information flow and client requests might include but not be limited to exchange rate requests, referral letters).
· Handle and resolve day-to-day queries from clients, TL or CAs on transactional activity, operations, systems, account re-balancing processes etc.
· Support TL/CAs to complete sales documentation and related processes (e.g. client profiling / KYC diligence) and input such information together with deal information into data capture and / or transaction processing systems.
· Assist TL/CAs in preparing Business Credit Application, financial review documentation and other customer correspondence as and when required.
· Support TL/CAs in attending to and follow-up on customer service issues with clients and internal departments, and in all cases report and escalate customer complaints to management in accordance with established procedures. Failure to report and escalate complaints will result in disciplinary action
· Handle and ensure client document and reporting comply with internal process standards.
· Ensure full awareness of and adherence to the policy and procedures e.g. credit policy and operation procedures.

· Regularly help CSM team leader to review team structure/capacity plans, including RM:CSM ratios and individual RM:CSM pairings.

The Role Responsibilities
This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of the Cash Client Service Transformation & Digital Service collaborating with Business, Product, Operations and Technology to drive the necessary change in supporting growth in client base and driving high quality client service and improved client experience and productivity.
To deliver effectively for the role, the incumbent will focus on the following themes
· Cash Service Transformation – this not only includes establishing a strong day-to-day framework, but will also include the role out of the Service model and creating capacity with the Service team

Strategy

· Ensure necessary forums in place to provide transparency and oversight people leader and other level of MT, (i.e. TB COO MT, Cash COO MT, Cash Client Service MT, CCIB E&A COO MT)
· Establish appropriate project delivery framework across Client Service initiatives to ensure proactive mitigation of delivery risks. Establish backlog of improvement opportunities, considering growth demands, risk and regulatory requirements and productivity benefits. Proactively and continuously validated expected benefits and reprioritise backlog as required
· Work with Business, Products, Operations and Functions stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for prioritized Client Service initiatives
· Accountable for defining and delivering against Client Service KPIs in line with TB and CCIB strategic goals
· Partner with our technology teams on the Client agenda, seeking opportunities to commercialise use of technology, working closely with DCDA to drive change and adoption.

Cash Service Transformation and COE
· Accountable for the design and successful implementation of the selected service tool to support the Service Target operating model
· Algin service processes and infrastructure to enable service teams to operate efficiently and deliver for our clients
· Collaborate with the CCIB Client Service team to align service tools and investments
· Define success metrics and performance measurement, engaging with the relevant stakeholders (global and regional)
· Develop, execute and manage a client feedback mechanism for day-to-day and mid-level contacts at the client with the aim of measuring client satisfaction with service. Drive associated action plans as a result of client feedback
· Develop and launch a quality monitoring program for all components of the Service continuum aimed at improving the standards of delivery for our clients
· Identify and execute opportunities to optimise key service processes including streamlining and digitizing end-to-end processes to reduce manual hand-offs, reduce risk and improve client service
· Drive a unified metrics and data strategy across service functions – determine metrics for each service role, develop measurement system and drive action plan to improve performance
· Improve and refine client health monitoring framework for high value clients, including escalation routes and path to green
Channels Helpdesk
· Responsibility for the design and execution of the global channels helpdesk
· Design and develop KPIs for this new function and report this out monthly
· Work with other teams in the Digital journey to drive the most optimal client experience. This includes closing the feedback loop, provision of client feedback to Product and self-service adoption.
· Ensure that all resources on the Channels Helpdesk team are equipped with the necessary skills and toolset to resolve inquiries. This includes a Front to back assessment process and reviews of incident tickets.

Digital Transformation – Client and Teams
· Understand clients’ digital needs to deliver differentiated digital service offering aligned with their operational requirements
· Create new client service offerings in collaboration with DCDA teams, including analysing market trends to assess emerging needs and risks
· Operationalise Digital Programmes both from a Service process and Service system design perspective
· Create Service designs to provide optimal delivery of service in terms of quality, speed, accuracy, efficiency and risk management, with a focus towards enabling digital self-service and proactive, personalised information to clients.
· In conjunction with regional Service leads, drive client adoption of tools by designing and implementing adoption strategies, working with key stakeholders globally.

Client Impact Management for Incidents (CIMI)
· Management of the CIMI function for Cash Client Service.
· This includes the management on incidents to minimize client impacts, working with PSS and Technology partners to recover during the incidents
· Work on thematic analysis and metrics surrounding this function with the aim identifying opportunities for improvement
Efficiency
· Accountable for review/re-engineering of process and system design to reduce queries, and promotion of digital self-service to ensure continuous reduction in cost to serve.
