About the assignment

The purpose of the job is to secure excellence in logistical operational performance, and its further development, in close cooperation and alignment with all relevant supply chain stakeholders; contributing to reaching customer perceived availability at the lowest total cost (considering impacts of quality, safety, service performance, sustainability and other supply chain costs).

Job specific key tasks and responsibilities:

• Logistical ("flow") performance: Secure total logistical operational performance from end-to-end perspective by booking optimal transport solutions under the consideration of IKEA supply chain stakeholder preconditions. Monitor & Follow-up the shipments to secure availability for our customers
• Daily operations: Reschedule and/or cancel shipments in case of logistical operational deviations based on Global Working Methods. Suggest improvement potentials for parameters and set-ups affecting delivery planning and execution and Global Working Methods
• Deviation Handling: Work in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. carriers, suppliers) to solve operational deviations. Follow-up operational deviations and search for solutions to avoid operational deviations in the future
• Capacity Deviations: Secure transport capacity by monitoring and requesting spot solutions within agreed frame
• Communication: Secure proactive communication with internal IKEA supply chain stakeholders and external Service Providers, in particular in case of delayed and/or changed deliveries
• Data Management: Secure correct data in our Transport systems and provide reasons codes to secure proper visiblity for any deviation in our planning process. Alerts concerned parties about incorrect or missing information required for the delivery planning and execution process
• Plan and manage deliveries: Actively contributes to the development of the Delivery Operations process, system and the Global Working Methods within the Supply Chain
• Extra-costs: Follow-up NCAs (Extra-costs) and investigate all cases. Decide based on legal documents and secure documentation of each case
• Secure minimum EQU in our trucks together with Senders
• Escalate to Supply Operations Manager in case of deviations in our planning process

What you will do:

• Deliver high Service Quality in HVAC Operations and grow HVAC Service business.
• Set up HVAC work processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure full compliance in the work processes by the FLSPs and SAMs.
• Key contact with the HVAC high level customers and build up good business relationship to sustain the HVAC contract base and grow the business.

How you will do it:

• Develop day to day work processes for the FLSP. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the FLSPs and SAMs.
• Ensure full compliance from the FLSP in the work processes Ensure full compliance from the FLSP on the 8 Simple Rules Deliver the targeted GM% profitability of HVAC contract  
• Ensuring the L&M quotations to customers are submitted on a timely and professional manner with very close follow-up on hi-potential quotations to target for sales conversion.
• Drive partnership with Energy Solutions team to incorporate green and energy saving L&M and Retrofits solutions sales through service operations.
• Promote cross-selling within CFS services in order to maximize every L&M opportunity with each customer account.
• Regularly visit customers to strengthen business relationship and to capitalize on their available L&M opportunities.
• Prepare proposal and conduct presentation to customers on L&M solutions. Proactively own the identification & secure L&M opportunities during customer and service visits.
• Participate in collection of aging debt in partnership with the finance department.
• Continuously review and improve the service operations work processes to ensure at all times an efficient service operation is sustained.
• Ensure timely reporting of service activities, prospects and forecasts, including actively participate in regular meetings as assigned.
• Prepare technical report or any written report to customers whenever required. Constantly look out for energy saving initiative to reduce building energy and increase L&M business Give full support and work in partnership to CFS Service Operations in driving Service Quality and Business Growth Actively participate in trainings assigned by JCI management to improve technical skills, product knowledge and soft skills.
• Maintain constant field intelligence and to keep the management advised of relevant information on market trends, competitors’ activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programs.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement of L&M initiatives in service operations. Identify and establish successor program and the development plan to maximize the candidate’s proficiency and potential. Perform any other duties or undertake additional role from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by the management.

What we look for:

• Degree in Building Services, Building Controls, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering with at least 8 years experience.
• Able to write & read good English & Malay.
• Able to write technical reports and sales proposal to customers.
• Able to give presentations to customers on product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Computer knowledge Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Words.
• Customer communication and business develop skills.
• Require interaction with customers, consultants, sub-contractors, etc.
• Need to travel and work overseas as and when required.
• Ability to work irregular hours and under pressure when required.

The Personal Financial Services Operation & Customer Service Executive's key responsibility is to engage with walk-in customers for transaction processing followed by need based discussion with customers for cross selling. Additionally you will also be the first point of contact to recommend Bank’s products and services to customers and be responsible for high levels of Customer service and seamless transactions.

Sales & Service

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to expected levels of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores and Mystery Shopping Results;

• Carry clear targets for specific products – CASA and FD Book growth and account opening, cross selling of PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales and ASBF Funding and any other product as deemed fit for Branch Ops; 

• Learn and use I-Pads/other devices (if applicable to branch) for customer service/ cross selling;

• Assist in calling up customers for service / sales interactions;

Operations

• Carry out Branch RCSA through sample checking and effective rectification as applicable;

• Accept and process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, Remittances, ANSB and any other products launched by the Bank) in a timely and accurate manner;

• Over-ride transactions as per Bank defined transaction limits;

• Responsible for overall branch cash holding and end of day cash balancing (applicable for Chief Cashier);

• Comply with staff rotation guidelines through inter-branch/region transfer as part of operational risk mitigation;

• Observe and comply with the Bank’s Code of Conduct & Ethics;

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of customers and Bank’s information in a responsible manner;

• Keep a clean, organized work area and maintain a professional appearance;

• Attend all trainings as applicable including e-learning/Workday;

• Filing of reports;.

• Where needed, assist in branch housekeeping activities, including but not limited to moving of carton boxes, retrieving of vouchers from storage, etc;
