Own It:

• Prepare provisional corporate tax computations (current tax and deferred tax) for monthly and quarterly reporting.
•  Furnishing tax estimates via CP204/204A to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IBRM).
• Monitor monthly instalment payments to the Inland Revenue Board.
• Analyse accounting data (GL analysis on a monthly basis) for the preparation of the annual income tax returns and computations for statutory tax filling purposes.
• Ensure the organization complies with all direct tax laws and regulations. This includes timely and accurate filling of tax returns.
• Advise on withholding tax cost to the businesses and stakeholders.
• Review withholding tax computations and remittance forms for submission to IBRM.
• Develop tax strategies to minimize the organization’s liability within the bounds of the law which includes identifying tax-savings opportunities and optimizing the organization’s structure.
• Manage tax audits and disputes with tax authorities if necessary.
• Identify and manage tax related risks and implement policies and procedure to mitigate them.
• Manage transfer pricing documentations, with the tax agents support.

• Maintain, manage, and drive for finance operational efficiency with the consolidation system.
• Actively ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices.

• Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with Stakeholders/Business Units in identifying cost effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Subsidiaries and other departments to obtain information for management reporting purpose and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure Monthly and Quarterly Management Reporting materials are completed and checked.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or any other related field or professional qualifications such as ACCA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Corporate Tax matters overall
• A mix of experience in handling corporate tax in professional accounting firms and commercial experience handling tax and deferred tax for monthly reporting for close in accounts purposes.
• Able to handle a large sized tax computation such as POS Malaysia.
• Some transfer pricing documentation experience, in supporting the tax agents and preparing in house minimal transfer pricing documentation.
• Tactical and process-oriented problem solving
• Experience in leading team members on activities such as as-is process and maturity assessment, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, business case and roadmap creation and implementation of recommendations

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
• Revenue generation of specified amount assigned, through sales (booth, sponsorship/ advertisement and fully integrated packages) to potential and new customers across products and revenue streams within a business unit.
• Generation of new business leads, through customer relationship development, cold calling, attendance at industry related events and market searching
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through demonstrating a detailed understanding of customer business strategy and needs
• Maintain regular communications among team to monitor customer pipeline, tracking against revenue targets, confirming status of re-bookings and escalation of issues

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

To possess strong knowledge of the process and has the ability to influence the riders perception of our brand. Someone who has good communication and analytical thinking skills to establish a positive image of our business to the riders, customers and the vendors. • Candidates must have the ability to converse in Mandarin/Chinese dialects as this role will be supporting the Chinese and Asia Pacific markets.

Position purpose:

You will partner the principal(s) to develop the business strategies, objectives and targets for your respective brands in the region. You will drive the brand awareness, expansion and penetration strategies to strengthen the position of the business in the market.

Requirements:

• Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
• Have at least three (3) years of distribution / brand management experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods / FMCG / Beauty industry in product management and / or product marketing experience.
• Have experience analyzing and reporting on marketing activities, in particular analyzing ROI from campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Have a good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill to drive tasks to completion.
• Are positive and professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing business.

• Have experience with Ms. Excel required, familiarity with CSV files.

What you will do:  

• End-to-end management (from ideation to execution) of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across all brand communication platforms. 
• Manage social media channels which includes implementation of content calendar, social media posts, oversee creative output and social media moderation.

• Provide administrative support (front desk and back-end support) for the IT Division in the office. 
• Handing and monitoring calls on IT support. 
• Prepare correspondences and documents, and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases. 
• Maintain employees’ leave, medical and attendance records. 
• Arrange interview appointment & interviewer. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any related discipline  
• Min CGPA 3.0 and above
• Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English
