• Managing conflicts and reviewing feedback/complaints pertaining to company benefits, policies and working conditions by working with cross functional management team in seeking for resolution
• Assisting HRL to draft and send HR communications to various channels eg. plant announcements, memos etc.
• Support in strengthening collaboration through employee engagement activities to increase employee motivation at work that aligns with Company retention program i.e. Robert Bosch Sports & Recreational Club (RBSRC)
• Planning and ensuring budget allocation for plant recreational activities is sufficient to support annual activities planned for the year
• Assisting in HR internal event related to people engagement and motivation i.e. World Wide Bosch Diversity Day, Service Award etc.
• Managing and administering employee services such as uniform management, transport management for operators, internal commuting transportations, religious harmony topics, hostel for foreign workers, On-The-Spot reward
• Administering medical claims and industrial related injury related cases (SOCSO, loss of life, accident, terminal illness, buy-off) with close collaboration with HSE team
• Ensure timely insurance and medical associate enrollment and renewal submission
• Assisting in insurance policy setting, claims management and bench marking exercise
• Onboarding and off-boarding activities which includes pre-boarding administration, onboarding administration and new hire briefing
• Assisting department to raise purchase requisition

• Sales order processing and maintenance including creation of billing documents ie: credit note, credit returns and debit memos without errors in SAP.
• Monitor and regular follow up on outstanding open orders.
• Down payment and shipping invoices creation (Excel/SAP)
• Liaise with Logistics/Warehouse/Purchasing to ensure on time delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse for delivery of customers’ orders.
• Provide pro-active information to customers and sales regarding delivery status of customers’ orders, especially orders which are delayed from plant.
• Update and upload invoice to selected customers’ web portal ie: TNB.
• Upload returned signed delivery notes from customer into SAP.
• Filling for signed delivery notes.
• Packing Lists preparation for project pending for deliveries
• Update Sales Order Management (SOM) tracking sheet with information of order confirmation from supplier
• Support for strategy and business plan (PowerPoint preparation)

• Provide the overall leadership of the plant security system.
• Enforce the security policy and procedures to protect the company properties and employees.
• Manage, supervise and train all security personnel; inhouse and outsource.
• Conduct internal investigation on any reported security incidents and complaints.
• Monitor high value inventory control and scrap process control
• Conduct periodic security risk assessment

The People Operations Manager is responsible for:

• Crafting and nurturing the evolving vision of People Operations as a function that maximizes efficiency and contributes to a positive employee experience.
• Leading the day-to-day operations of the AskHR teams, setting and monitoring well-defined SLAs and KPIs, and providing feedback and coaching to the team members.
• Cultivating strong relationships with HRBPs, COE teams, and business leadership, and developing a communication strategy to align cross-functional projects, increase customer service satisfaction, and resolve complex problems.
