Job Purpose / Overview

ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Quality Assurance team, your primary responsibility is to drive the implementation of the Company Innovation strategy. Ensuring you remain current on all relevant legal compliance, you will also:
• Stay on top of new food product development within processing, ingredients, and product.
• Experiment to detect and identify the chemical compositions and reactivity of natural substances and products.
• Build a database for new technology with the intent to implement in future projects.
• Provide recommendations on product packaging, delivery, preservation, and storage innovation.
• Liaise with research, quality assurance, technical and/or production staff to develop safety standards and solution to production issues while maintaining food safety.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance manager, this position is offering a minimum annual salary of $94,000 + super. Located in Ingleburn, you will work full-time hours Monday to Friday.
