The KYC Due Diligence Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Assist Citi on KYC efforts in accordance to the CBSU AML KYC Ops procedures

• Subject Matter Expert

• Perform KYC reviews and ensure documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standards KYC reviews (Scheduled & Unscheduled Reviews for Client types across varied risk classes) including monitoring and tracking of KYC records, assisting with the development and execution of action plan for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due

• Determining if the accounts are in scope

• Client Identification, Verification and Screening

• Information such as customer’s address, employment (including employer), connectivity to PEP/SPF (Sanctions Screening), will be validated and confirmed. These will be validated based on existing information available or through approved third party sites. Based on the results, enhanced due diligence checks will be performed which include negative news and social media checks

• Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews

• Ensure all information

• Send the requests to Outreach/RM for accounts where information is required to complete the review

• Any suspicious product usage from AML perspective gets highlighted to senior management for further reviews promptly

• Ensure to maintain quality standards (90% and above) for the KYC reviews undertaken

• Ensure any tech issue/procedural clarifications gets highlighted to managers for further review and guidance

• Ensure to get Quality Control (QC) review done on files prior to submission and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during QC reviews

• Submit record for Business Approval once review is complete and respond/correct any discrepancies identified during BA reviews

• Proficiency in Cantonese language (HK market)

We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-growing organization. Tune Protect is a regional insurance company with infrastructure on cloud as well as on-premise. From a cybersecurity perspective, we monitor our infrastructure via a SOC and also with solutions ranging from network firewalls to SOC to EDR, DLP and PAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to manage the security infrastructure at Tune Protect. This includes working with the SOC and infrastructure team to analyze and remediate security tickets, EDR operations (for example scanning and ensuring endpoints are clean of vulnerabilities), Email Security on MS365, DLP (for example blacklisting/whitelisting websites, etc), and PAM (for example work with the infrastructure team to ensure all critical user ids are covered).
• Demonstrated experience in threat-hunting
• Be hands-on and able to utilize/configure our existing security software such as Trend Micro EDR, Forcepoint DLP, Tycothic PAM, and Microsoft 365 email security. Familiarity or experience in using and/or configuring other endpoint protection software, data leak prevention software, privileged access management software and/or firewalls is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding and experience in firewall configuration (Fortigate and Palo Alto) a strong advantage
• Strong understanding and experience in hardening OS such as Linux and windows
• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and its security is a strong advantage.
• Assess and manage security risks and implement best practices to minimize them. Monitor and analyze cybersecurity incidents and threats
• Perform regular VAPT on our infrastructure and on all new applications internally or with an external vendor. Work with those vendors to ensure their reports are remediated as needed and verified. Experience as a VAPT tester an advantage
• Work with infrastructure and cloud engineers and leads to ensure security is handled correctly from design to operations at the network and server level. This includes knowledge of sound security practices from a technical perspective.
• Understand industry frameworks like Mitre Att&CK. Stay up to date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of evolving threats
• Ensure regular reporting on security statistics are compiled on time and presented to management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all on premise and cloud-based systems and applications are secure
• Work closely with IT audit to ensure all audit discovery and remediation is performed ahead of deadlines

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or other related discipline with relevant experience in security operations

About the Role

• Administers and handles the Agency Contest R&Rs, Agency Compensation Handbook and other policy management related documents/publications to support the business requirements.
• Handles the fulfillment of the Agency Contest’s monetary (Payment Advise) and non-monetary fulfillment to ensure contest fulfilment is delivered to the qualifiers.
• Performs data analysis for all scopes relating but not limited to contest, competitor launches, agency office projects, workstream projects and any other projects in accordance to the business needs.
• Improve and administers reporting and/or analysis to better support Agency Related Expenses (ARE) efficiency.

Agency Related Expenses (ARE) Management:

Budget

• Collaborates with executives, Finance and Management to develop ARE budget.
• Provide analysis and strategic input to facilitate high level decision making by Management.

ARE Reporting & Monitoring

• Monitor spending to ensure it support the financial and sales target set by Management.
• Conduct analysis, initiate, or recommend appropriate actions to ARE stakeholders, aiming to:
• identify financial or operating risks associated with the ARE.
• provide projection, cost benefit analysis, reports to Management as required or requested.
• Ensure all BAU reporting are submitted timely and accurately.
• Conduct regular validation on the forecast based on latest position, facilitate Management in re-channeling the budget to optimize the business strategy/goals.

Cross Charging

• Formulate cross-charging mechanism to APTB and other business units for ARE related charges.
• Communicate with other business unit stakeholders on issue related to cross charging.

Ad-hoc and regulators

• Provide support to ARE queries raised by auditor, regulators, Management or other stakeholders.

Data Analytics:

• Support in analysis work to close any business gap and help to drive the business further.
• Connect with business stakeholders on the analysis findings.
• Using both quantitative and qualitative data to support the Team to formulate initiatives to drive the business further.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification from an accredited university in Finance/ Accounting/ Actuarial or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Financial Services or Insurance Industry / Campaign Design is preferred.
• Good working knowledge in handling figures/ numbers.

The Fraud Ops Analyst 2 is an intermediate level positions responsible for contributing to the development of fraud management policies, processes and procedures to minimize the impact of fraud in coordination with the Operations - Services team.
