Role

The Business Analyst at 2070 Health will collaborate with various business teams/portfolio companies to gather and document data requirements. He/she will translate these requirements into specific business reports with right set of metrics (define logic as well) that can be consumed at a daily level by relevant stakeholders. The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate:

o   Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives & challenges.

o   Collaborate with product team/data engineers to understand database, give data requirements & ensure business data from multiple system are integrated into our database.

Analytical Problem Solving:

o   Come up with right metrics & logic to track business.

o   Data scrapping (query from database), data clean-up, & transforming healthcare data to customer centric analysis.

o   Design & build the reports/dashboards (mostly on google sheets, sometimes tools like tableau) to enable business decisions. For ex. daily sales trackers, P&L, funnel reports etc.

o   Eventually automate reports to ensure daily data availability.

Insights & Recommendations:

o   Deriving actionable insights & finding patterns or seeing areas in the data that signal a potential for improvement in business practices.

o   Understand consumer persona & share insights objectively with marketing & conversion teams.

Troubleshoot:
Wherever required in terms of data, running CLM, maintaining manual data, lead management on CRM etc.

 

·       B.Tech from tier 1/tier 2 colleges or any other technical field

·       1-to-2-year proven experience as a Business Analyst

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

·       Advanced Excel is Must. Should be hands on with all the functions & logics.

·       Proficient in SQL (must have, at least above average)

·       Basics of Python (good to have, not must have)

·       Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional skills.

General Skills:

Extensive product knowledge across asset classes encompassing product & trade life cycle

Experience working on vendor systems (eCommerce platforms, Murex, BTS, Apex, Sophis,

S2BX, Wealth systems)

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of key technology concepts, basics in SQL, NoSQL, functional

programming and architecture. Strong technical acumen is a big plus.

Experience implementing trade STP having multiple source platforms. FpML knowledge,
