About the role

The Associate plays a pivotal role in the Diligence Management team, partnering directly with prospective investors, CRMs and other stakeholders to manage all aspects of the due diligence process for Brookfield’s private equity funds. This includes initial creation of diligence materials prior to fund launch, project managing all diligence deliverables during fundraising (RFPs, DDQs, etc.) and coordinating client calls, meetings, asset tours, on-sites to advance investor due diligence processes.

The role is principally focused on working with private equity investors in the APAC region but may occasionally cover EMEA or North American clients across other asset classes as needed. • Regular monitoring and updating of senior management on: deals evaluated, operational and financial performance of the portfolio, portfolio valuations and trends in the market - Ensure that senior management get regular updates
• Actively monitor fund liquidity, interest rates, control fund expenses, and perform fund level modelling
• Participate in regular planning for department

Job Requirements:

• Degree in real estate or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional working experience in real estate investments, valuation or fund management, and broad general knowledge of APAC real estate market
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Excel financial modelling is a must.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

· To assist with onboarding of new clients

· To assist with corporate secretarial duties

· Assist to apply for LTVP, Dependent Pass, Entry Visa Application, Employment Pass.

· Assist to apply for Singapore PR.

· Liaise with MOM to check on status of application and appeal.

· Support management with improving internal process.

· Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service.

· Other general administrative work and ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management

Job Requirements:

· Diploma and above.

· At least 1 year of experience in relevant field.

· Strong knowledge of MOM rules and regulations

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Multi-tasking
