Job Purpose

·         Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

·         Involves in all Company’s event & perform necessary tasks to contribute to its overall success

HR Assistant

·         Assist in recruitment-related activities such as filtering, arranging, and conducting interviews virtually and in-person interviews 

·         Prepare all related documents needed for interview uses

·         Posting content and managing the Company’s social media accounts and job hiring platforms

·         Attending training and development sessions, only if required by the Company

·         Assist in onboarding training process for new staffs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role with minimum 1 year experience.
• Excel in MS Office 
• Good understanding of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry.
• Experience with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relative field
