We are looking for an end-to-end supply chain operations leader to join the Personal Systems Operations team in a dynamic role that will drive the supply chain operations strategy for HP’s Commercial PC business. This is a fast-paced, dual role, and as such the ideal candidate is driven to learn, grow, and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference. This role leads new product introductions (NPI), product refreshes, and lifecycle management for commercial notebooks and desktops at global and regional factories. Responsibilities include end-to-end supply chain program management from product concept through end of life in partnership with the global business unit (GBU), markets, ODM/CM factories, and supply chain functions.
Additionally, this role also serves as the supply chain GBU interface to the Commercial PC Division President and is a member of their extended leadership team. As the single supply chain point of contact for the GBU leader, keeping the leader up to date on E2E supply chain initiatives and facilitating the operational trade-offs between the GBU teams and the supply chain functions (as appropriate). This leader is responsible for coordinating cross-functional interactions to ensure GBU and supply chain success.

The Associate Director, Clinical Supply Operations (CSO) within Global Clinical Supply (GCS) is responsible for supporting launch and subsequently overseeing the clinical supply packaging and distribution operations at our Company at Rahway Cold Chain Center. This role involves working with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and customers within and outside of GCS to ensure efficient and compliant processes, as well as business continuity.
Key responsibilities of the Associate Director, Clinical Supply Operations include:
Supporting the implementation and leading the operational readiness of a new clinical cold chain supply packaging and distribution operation in Rahway.
Overseeing the Cold Chain Center's distribution, inventory, and warehouse activities, including inventory management, metrics, utilization, and inspection readiness once the facility is live.

The Director, Supply Chain Design and Execution – Medical Distribution will report to the VP, Supply Chain Flow and Strategy – Medical Distribution.
