- Assist the line manager in upholding and providing prospects and current clients with exceptionally high standards of customer service.
- On a daily basis, provide pre-sales support for promotions, products, and services through various customer touch-points (calls, emails, website, chat box, surveys, and walk-ins), making sure that inquiries are acknowledged within 24 hours or the following working day. Correspondence from local, international, and regional offices with prospects and clients would count as inquiries.
- Handle post-sales service-related issues for current customers that come in through a variety of contact points (calls, emails, website, chat box, and walk-ins), as well as from local, international, and regional offices. Ensure that all inquiries are acknowledged within 24 hours or the following working day. These consist of challenging post-sales follow-ups, resolving/closing pending contract statuses, and inquiries on transplant-related issues.
- Address customer feedback and complaints that have been received through various channels (calls, emails, and social media platforms) with excellent service recovery while fostering client retention and customer satisfaction.
- Reduce client termination rates by implementing retention strategies and programs for current clients while fostering customer loyalty and retention through outbound service calls.
- Promote the upgrade and conversion of current clients from annual storage payment plans to our prepayment plans (Preferential Plan - P21), which will improve the company's cash flow and client retention.
- By screening calls and emails before forwarding them to the appropriate personnel or department, you can support all other correspondences that are related to, but not limited to, investor relations, partners, outside vendors and suppliers, and human resource-related matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/ telemarketing.
- Have a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication abilities, and telephone manners.
- Proficient in computer skills.
