Role - Admin and Management Assitant
Office location - Loyang Lane, 508920
Responsibilities
· Assist the general management and provide office administration support.
· Assist to prepare quotations and outgoing invoices for machines, spare parts, and service.
· Perform order processing duties and liaise with customers, logistic companies, and headquarters.
· Key in invoice information in Quickbooks.
· Update of internal lists (order income, quotations, travel overviews, supplier information etc).
· Handling of travel arrangements, hotel bookings, incoming phone calls etc.
· Active cooperation with other departments, headquarters and subsidiaries.
Qualifications
· At least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Pro-active and motivated personality, able to work independently and do multi-task.
· Flexibility and ability to provide quick solutions to problems.
· Fluent in English.
· Proficient in MS Office applications.
· Knowledge of “Quickbooks” or similar system is an advantage.
