Role Function:

Responsible and accountable for the performance of the property, the management of staff employed as well as achievement of desired property outcomes and results.

Special Tasks: General

• Lead and manage a team with areas of responsibility including transactional financial, OH&S, (EEO), operational, HR, negotiation and contracting.

• Ensure that all elements of the Managing Agent Agreement with the client are understood and complied with by the team.
• Implement and supervise a Planned Preventive Maintenance Programme (PPMP) for all Building systems and soft services.
• Ensure contractors, vendors and technicians complete all repair and maintenance works and soft services within the required timelines and in accordance with the standards set by OMS/Management or required by relevant Codes of Practice.
• Plan and procure relevant maintenance services of all building systems including ensuring adequate inventory of spare parts and consumables.
• Work with the appointed Senior/ FSM to ensure fire safety systems are well maintained and fire safety procedures and emergency responses (Evacuation, Fire Fighting, In-place Protection, ERP etc.), set up the Certified Emergency Response Teams (CERT) are in place.
• Manage tenants fit-out to ensure compliance with the Fit-Out Guide and Green Lease, and relevant authorities’ regulations.

1. Job Description for System Management Officer

- Backup Management. the Supplier shall constantly track the backup status for SAP and non-SAP servers, and update the SOP if there is any change in the backup configurations. For any backup failure, the Supplier shall provide timely update to * PM and Ops Manager. The Supplier shall liaise with the relevant parties to resolve the issues and verify that all rectifications are satisfactorily performed prior to updating * PM and Ops Manager on the closure.

- Log Review Management. In addition to Chapter 6.4.6, the Supplier shall prepare the log review report for update to OM in required meeting.

- Technical Change / Service Request (CR/SR) Management. The Supplier shall keep track of the technical CR/SR that are being implemented and ensure proper closure, which includes maintaining the required documents in Authority’s repository or case management system.

- Business Change Request (CR) Management. The Supplier shall monitor the status of Implementation, Change Requests and issues (if any) from requirement initiation to implementation/stabilisation and work with various parties to address issues impending the progress of implementation.

1) The Supplier shall oversee and participate in requirement gathering, evaluate requirements, review CR effort, assess impact and design solutions proposed by the system vendors. Track SIRs and system defects reported by users, including aging SIRs and defect trend analysis and work with the system Maintenance Vendor to improve the SIR/PR management. Ensure prompt resolution is provided by the Maintenance Vendor to the defects reported, and prompt clarifications are provided for SIRs.

- The Supplier shall propose, document and work with Authority to implement improvements to the current work processes to achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness in delivering the maintenance support services.

To provide highly skilled specialised support under the direction of a Senior Dietitian supporting Children and Families in the Paediatric Weight Management Service. The post-holder will develop, organise, co-ordinate, deliver and evaluate education training packages for Families in community locations and home settings, under the guidance of the team Dietitian and other members of the Multi-disciplinary Team as appropriate. The post-holder will have delegated responsibility within an agreed framework with a degree of autonomy. The post-holder will be responsible and accountable for these tasks. The post holder will also support the wider MDT as appropriate. Under the direction of a Senior dietitian, the post-holder is a trained member of staff who will be required to work in an unsupervised capacity. They will be responsible for the development and organisation of nutrition training to Children and Families within an agreed framework. In addition, the post-holder will provide an access route for Children and Young People to engage in Nutrition Skills training, already delivered by the Public Health Community Dietetic Service, such as Nutrition skills for life. The post holder will: To plan and prioritise own workload on a day-to-day basis under the direction of the supervising Dietitian. To assist Dietitians in their role by undertaking specific tasks as directed by the supervising Dietitian working within the BDA Professional Code of Conduct for Dietetic Assistants. To be able to communicate appropriately and effectively at all levels with the client/client group and all those involved in the programme To assist and deliver community based nutrition interventions for parents, carers/staff/other agencies, under the direction of appropriate senior qualified staff. The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan, organise and conduct up to two monthly complimentary employee-related initiatives to improve employee productivity across the three buildings, such as sourcing and deployment of food trucks.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) will be advantageous

Location: Central & West (Has to be comfortable working at 3 different locations)
Salary: $2400 -$2600
Duration: 5 years contract (Extendable)
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
