Job Description:
You are:
A self-directed contributor with a strong work ethic who will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies, working with business departments, and supporting processes. You are a collaborative individual who will be responsible for major global systems and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs, including non-SAP system integration to current and future SAP (Supplier Relationship Management and Procure to Pay) solutions.
This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in the Tampa office required.
You will:
Work independently to design and configure solutions to meet complex business needs and requirements in all related areas such as MM AP FI as well as SAP Bolt-Ons and external integrated systems.
Manage all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support/maintenance.
Define project tasks and coordinate completion to ensure estimates meet expected KPI’s.
Assist in the development and enforcement of best practices for delivery of stable, reliable, and highly available solutions.
Promote effective and collaborative communication with internal teams and Business Partners.
Communicate status of projects and initiatives to middle and senior level management.
Your background:
As the SAP SRM and PTP Specialist, you have:
Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience with Procurement and AP in SAP.
Knowledge in SRM integrations to SAP.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand different industries.
Able to handle complex analytical tasks by working directly with business leaders and analysts to produce and translate business requirements to functional specifications.
Functional knowledge of how SAP system works and the willingness to learn the technical aspects.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written including ability to conduct formal and informal presentations and workshops to all levels of management; use influence, persuasion, and mediation to resolve issues and drive consensus.
Capable of owning SAP Bolt-On procurement systems and processes, support and maintain it.
Willing to try different tools to bring issues to a resolution.
This role requires close coordination with the internal procurement / accounting team to provide and execute solutions.

Your new company
You will be working with one of the UK's leading construction and engineering consultancy firm, with offices up and down the UK. You will be supporting on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK, supporting value add procurement initiatives.
Your new role
You will be working within the Projects & Infrastructure team - advising on a variety of large-scale construction initiatives. You will be responsible for leading full e2e procurement processes across a variety of projects, with rotations between clients as necessary. You will work closely with engineering, project management, finance and supply chain teams. You will frequently engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, across both public and private sector clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working within public sector - preferably working as a consultant. If you have security Clearance, this would be highly beneficial for this role, but would not be a pre-requisite. Experience working within either the Construction or IT category will be necessary for this post, as you will be responsible for advising within one area - there are multiple vacancies within this organisation. You will have to be a self-starter with the ability to effectively work in large teams and engage stakeholders across all levels.

As the Site Superintendent, you’ll be at the helm, steering our warehouse operations. Your mission? To create a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration, efficiency, and results. You’ll orchestrate the entire warehouse flow—receipts, storage, loading, and shipping. Your leadership will foster growth, boost morale, and elevate performance. You’ll champion compliance with OSHA and Maritime security programs by coordinating our EHS, MOC’s and CORE. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy fostering career growth and have a solid background in industrial warehouse operations.
What you’ll do:
Provide work direction to the teams at our River sulphur facility
Manage performance issues
Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent
Oversee operations activities for inbound and outbound shipments of sulphur
Assign preventive maintenance work orders
Conduct monthly safety tailgates and review all incident or near miss reports with employees

Experience with hazardous materials management
5+ years' experience in Operating or managing in fertilizer terminal or plant
